Upon order seller contacted me right away thanking me for the purchase and letting me know if there was any issues with the mirror when it arrives to contact them and they will immediately send out a new mirror. The mirror arrived in good condition , but when plastic was removed off mirror there was a black streak that wouldn't come off. I contacted seller and they immediately shipped me a new one. Replaced a huge mirror that covered the entire wall with a black 48x36 and 36x36. They both arrived in perfect condition. Packaged extremely well. Came with hardware to hang. I used a contractor to install and I did purchase more heavy duty wall anchors, as another reviewer suggested, even though the larger mirror only weighed 30 pounds. The mirror looks great and was easy to install with the included hardware. Larger mirrors like this can ger very expensive, but this one is a great value for money. I deducted done start because the mirror does have a slight 'ripple' in it that you can notice while walking by it. It's the sort of ripple that makes you look slightly taller or shorter depending on what part of the mirror you're looking into. For this price point, I would not expect optically perfect mirror glass though. You're going to pay several hundred dollars more for a higher quality mirror glass. ... show more

Update: excellent customer service. Contacted me and sent a new mirror that was in excellent condition and offered me a refund. Beautiful mirror and a good size, BUT after we hung it and tore the film off, we realized the mirror was warped on 1/4 of one side. Unfortunately we are outside of the return window. So learn from my mistakes and peel the film off before you hang and while you’re still in the return window. ... show more
