Not quite perfect, but I'm still happy with it
Color: White Oak
It took me a little over an hour to assemble this desk by myself. There are a ton of holes to add different screws and align the pieces together. I was happy with it until the final step - the top piece wont sit snug on the walls of the drawer areas. It's snug to the corner legs, but the sides have a 1/4" gap between each one due to the alignment of all the pre-drilled holes. Also, the "wood" has a printed layer on top, so there are some places where the print has chipped off. Hopefully it won't get worse with minor use. I love the style of the desk and it feels very sturdy. I'm still happy with the purchase despite the two notes above. ... show more

I was looking to find the Walker Edison desk to match the shelf I bought years ago. I was very surprised the colors match perfectly but the bars are definitely thinner. All in all, I'm pretty happy about my purchase. Great value for a solid piece that doesn't feel like a cheap desk at all.

Lol

Basic desk
Color: Grey Wash
It will serve it's purpose for my 10 yr old . The metal cross bars are somewhat flimsy, but still a nice feature. Constructed with cam locks, which can work loose ,if not careful. I put a clear silicone protective cover on the top for preservation.
