    • Bad Smell. No Secondary Cover.

I got this today and as soon as I opened the first container there was a very strong odor coming from the mayo that was definitely unappealing. It was still months away from its expiration but it just seemed like it had gone to waist. I immediately called Amazon and luckily got a refund. That's the only reason it got 1 star. Also be aware that the cap is the only cover protecting the product when you receive it. I'm sure we are all used to buying other condiments (mayo, ketchup, etc.) and having to unscrew the cap and then peel off the secondary cover. This mayo DOES NOT have that secondary cover. That was the final straw for me and I wouldn't recommend it to others. ... show more

Keep in mnd that this is fat free and calorie free - it's not a magic potion. The flavor is not going to be the same as fatty, high calorie mayo. That said, this adds a nice flavor and "bite" to whatever you use it on. I use it as a dip for my veggies. If you like chipotle flavor, you should enjoy this product as a calorie free substitute to the real thing. ... show more

I ordered this because we liked the idea of chipotle mayo without all the fat and sugar. Pro: It's pleasantly spicy. Con: it's so sweet! A little artificial sweetener goes a long way and Walden Farms went far too far with theirs. I'm on a low carb diet and this gives a zesty taste to my southwestern salad without the calories, carbs or fat. Great as a dip or salad dressing because it isn't thick like real mayo but has a great taste. A little goes a long way if you need flavor but don't like a lot of spice in your food.
