Keto friendly for sure. Didn’t ship well, arrived opened. I did return with zero hassle. Wound up purchasing locally at a grocery store. It’s hard to spread and not really at all like regular jelly. But if you are keto it serves a purpose. Just don’t expect “normal “ jam.

I ordered this because my doctor prescribed blueberries. Although it claims blueberry, not one blueberry is listed in the ingredients. It does not even taste like blueberries.

I have tasted several fruit spreads and they always tasted funny. This one is a winner!! Can't believe they finally have made one that tastes just as good as the full-sugar spreads do. You won't be disappointed. Just purchased the strawberry flavor. Great product and fast ship.

    • Didn't enjoy this at all...
I ended up tossing this out. I really didn't like it at all. I have had keto jams that I didn't love that I still was able to use at least for that purchase, but not this one.
