I have used this product since I received and it does not charge my device, it drain my battery on my apple watch and my iphone 12 pro max. I even remove the phone from the original apple safemag case, place the actual itself on the charge at 20% charge left. I was next to it watching tv for 2hrs later look at my iphone 12 pro max. The phone was totally dead. I was so confuse, I have to use another charger, same goes with my apple watch. this is a terrible product. I watch my wife watch and her phone same thing. I hope this thing did not made any internal damage on my devices batteries. I am back to updating my review, the small business did reach out to me, apologize for the defect-ate item also they just switch from a different manufacturer, stand behind their product that they were willing to replace the item to show me the device works stated. I receive the product Friday 23rd, 2021 around 3:00pm the replacement. I got home plug it in next to my sofa, use all night to charge my phone … I did the same thing on this morning on 24th charge all 3 of my device, it does exactly what the product stated charge my watch, my iPhone 12 Pro Max & my AirPod Pro. So I did received a defected one the first time and as a small business they do value their customer when they write a view. I keep my promise that I will go back, give my update on the product to let other reviewers or new customers that it is a great product. It happens that I end up receive a bad one, this can happens, this small business company does value their customer because they want them to come back. I will like to say thank you for reaching back to me, thank you for resolving the issue, thank you for listening, reading my review & the update. I appreciate the effort & update my review to a 5 stars ⭐️. Oh the magsafe works fabulous even with a case but it has to be a strong MagSafe case or Apple MagSafe. The reason I said this if you are using a company that is not making a strong MagSafe case , it will not stick, it is not their wireless product fault, it is on your 3rd party case. So please get a really good genuine MagSafe case, you will not have this issue. ... show more

I have a iPhone Pro 12 max, an AirPods 2 and an Apple Watch. I had no difficulty charging all three at the same time. The charger is sturdy and compact. While charging all three items, the light flashes blue, but this feature can be turned off at the press of a button. Overall, this is an excellent charger that is very easy to use. Over the last couple years I have purchased at least 8-10 of these. It started with one along with a much more expensive one. We found that this one performed as well in r not better than a brand that cost twice as much as this. So then we standardized on this model for both our houses, offices, bedrooms, etc… I’ve also purchased these as gifts. They work really well and are reliable. I’ve been using the. This charger works great. It looks sleek and feels pretty sturdy. It is simple to set up, doesn't require your existing chargers, and it saves space in your power outlet. ***Update*** so after several weeks of use I've noticed that the watch charger charges the Apple Watch 6 much slower than the stock Apple charger. I didn't notice at first because I would charge it while I slept, but then I wanted to take advantage of some of the health features so I started wearing it to bed and charging during part of the day. It can take about twice as long to charge completely versus the stock apple charger. The phone charges at relatively the same speed as the apple MagSafe charger. ***End Update*** The question is, from a lot of the negative reviews, does this hold a phone with a case... Yes it does, but also no it will not. It will hold the phone if you are using a Magsafe certified case. If your case is not certified as Magsafe, much like the stock Apple Magsafe charger held up at the same angle as this holds your phone at, your phone will slide off. Can they make the magnet stronger? Certainly, they could use stronger magnets, but then you would be complaining that your phone was damaged because the magnet was stronger than what Apple used so your phone is damaged. ... show more

I have had this charger for a few months. I have iphone 12 mini, Apple watch 3 and earpods pro. This is the best charger I have ever owned. The phone sits in a great spot and turns to the side well. If you use a phone case remember that you will have to buy a magsafe case unless you want your phone sliding off. It will work if you take off the non mag safe case every time (but who wants to do that?). The watch charges well and does not slide off. The bottom flat spot can charge another phone or of course your wireless earpod case. I love the light turn off feature as I do not want the light on distracting me from sleeping at night. I also thought the price was incredibly good so I was surprised when the product was top notch! I have a similar charger that was pre mag safe but it does fold flat so I use that for travel now. This mag safe product is better even if you took away the mag safe component. The only thing is I would not recommend it for travel as it is not very compact. But that is minor to me.... ... show more
