I really like this easy option for hanging light-weight items on vinyl siding. Emphasis on "light-weight" because they will not hold a very heavy item. I was able to hang an item made from a pallet, but had to use 2 hangers, and eventually one hanger bent to the point that it wouldn't hold anymore. I could probably use it for a much lighter item though, it didn't break completely, just bent. While they seem a little pricey, they are much less expensive than the metal ones, though in the long run the metal ones would no doubt last a very long time, and hold heavier items. They slide in to the seam of the siding pretty easily, and stay put for the most part, doesn't hurt to check occasionally, as I did have one that was pulling loose, but the item hanging from it is a little heavy (pallet flag). Overall good option for hanging lighter weight items without having to put holes in your siding! I just recently got a second set, in part because I really like them, but also because they don't hold up forever, but not ready to pay the price for the metal ones. ... show more

Easy to slip in and hold many different items. We have hung wreaths, lights, small decorations and a large wooden sign. Going to buy more to hang in other areas off the house!

They do what they say they'll do. They fit in my vinyl siding, and are holding my Christmas lights up very well. I'm satisfied with the purchase. I'd buy more if I needed them, and I'd recommend them. They work great. I even hung a wreath up by one of these, and it is a large wreath and it's holding up fine. I look forward to using them for many years. I'd say they are a good purchase. Update: Although this item has worked like a champ for my Christmas lights, I did try to hang a wreath on one, and it held, but when we had some very bad winds, down it went, and the clip is gone with the wind! However, otherwise, they have held up just fine, and are great for something light such as Christmas lights. We even leave them up all year, as they fade into my beige siding, and then it is only left to put up the Christmas lights and take them down, at the end of the season. For most uses, it is a good item, and does the job quite nicely, with no problems. Don't, however expect it to hold heavier items up, and hold up to extremely high winds.
