First of all there is nothing wrong with this vinyl wrap. It does the job and looks amazing. The problem is that this specific wrap is ONLY meant for interior use only. If you want to wrap your exterior or your car then you will need to get a different one. The picture attached is my mirror I wrapped and first time it rained it ruined the wrap because water got into it. So if you are wanting to wrap the exterior or your car then you will want to buy a different one that’s meant for exterior. I am having to return this product because i need to wrap the exterior. The q60 have this silver carbon I like and I wanted it but couldn't find it anywhere for the q50 it's always the black carbon. But I came across this and decided to wrap it my damn self and look at it. Looking like it came from the dealership lol

The media could not be loaded. I've ordered several of these rolls from Vvivid and so far I've been very satisfied. I'm at a stopping point for the moment in my car and needed this roll to stop but this one came sort of a brown hue and doesn't have the luster of the rest I have. It's supposed to be the same cause since the first roll I've reordered where it says "Buy it again". So far I've been pretty satisfied but now I'm apprehensive about the next rolls. I still have more to do and my truck to do yet but if this will be a problem I might go with 3M, Avery or something else. ... show more

First off got to say I got this specifically because carbon fiber parts for my car are hard to come by and Incredibly expensive so when I saw this stuff with the high gloss I pulled the trigger on it and got a few rolls and I'm very pleased with the results. I did my shifter console plate and my t-tops on my 86 Trans Am and the stuff at first was a little Troublesome to work with but once you get the hang of it and figure out where to start and where to work to it goes fairly easily especially since it's not like window tint where once it's stuck at you're done you can actually pull it up and retry and refitted a few times and applying heat to it helps Flex it around Troublesome curves you just have to know what spots to hit the heat with and what spots not to otherwise it will contract and expand in the wrong places and then you'll end up getting a crease and it will stick to itself. And then with the larger role that I had that was five foot by 6 foot I took on wrapping a fiberglass hatch and came out looking like it was bought as a molded carbon fiber hatch , took about 3 hours but if you're patient there is literally no limit to what you can do with this stuff . Make sure you got a good quality heat gun don't use it too much in one spot and have a really really sharp razor blade ... show more

I did the front fender of my 40 year old GS1150Ez drag bike. This stuff is very nice, the pic is from my first attempt so far. Having the smoothing gloves sold here and with a heat gun (Hairdryer works) and two helpers is what it took to get this. If you over soften it with heat it will rip and tear like Kwai Chang Caine walking on rice paper so go easy with the plastic squeegee when it's hot. ... show more
