This stuff LOOKS great if you can get it to stick. It is a gold foil that looks gorgeous but be warned that you need a very light/not strong hold transfer tape and a lot of patience. If you are used to working with 651 this is completely different. Again, I love the look though and after I finally got the transfer tape off it seems to be holding up well on my wall.

Gets air bubbles as soon as you're trying to lay it on the table. I guess this is probably good for paper craft projects. Product is thin, however the color is true to the pictures, it has that extreme shiny/mirror like surface. The adhesive was not as strong as I thought it would be. Decent product but not the best.

ADDED TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: So, after getting this BEAUTIFUL looking Chrome Vinyl I struggled with it last year - so much so that I put it down and moved on, kind of thinking it was my inexperience. Then this year, as I am quite confident in my abilities to work with many varying vinyls and styles I picked it up. The description on this doesn't make any recommendation on cut settings for any type of machine. SO I played and took test cuts and test cuts and test cuts. FINALLY got a decent setting to work, after about 1.5 hours. So I went to remove the test cut and realized that the backing of your paper is so cheap it just rips off the vinyl. The paper is, well paper thin and cannot be removed without tearing, ripping and ruining anything on it. WHAT IS THE POINT? Are you kidding me that you sell this without any direction, warning, recommendations on how to use? GLADLY I only purchased two rolls from you and of this company so my loss is about $12. Either step up with how to and what to and help your customer or pull this off. It really is not user friendly and I wonder if it can be used at all for what it states it is intended. BUYER BEWARE! ORIGINAL REVIEW Come on Vvivid, really? I truly have never opened up a roll and measured it as it came in from being ordered - SHAME ON ME. Until I happen to read someone's review today. And he was shorted many inches on his order. So I looked. I have ordered a total of 5 rolls from you in which I was able to measure today as the other ones I have already opened and used a bit. SHAME ON YOU that not one of the untouched rolls were accurately measured. NOT ONE? Come on - sham sham sham. Seriously? My Red Gloss was 74 inches vs the ordered 84 inches. Gold Chrome was 81 inches vs 84 inches. High Gloss Unicorn 35 inches vs. 36 inches. Gloss Blue was 69 inches vs. 72 inches. I forgot my Candy Apple textured but you get the point. Is this like when someone is speeding, they know they are speeding and the officer asks, "how fast were you going sir?" and the driver lies with 5 miles under the speed limit but yet they were driving 15 over. A big fat, in my face, lie. I suggest that you go back to ALL YOUR orders and course correct anything you can, go back to all your cuts and on hand inventory and do some quality control and then go back to all your customers and pay them some respect for the lies. PS: If anyone wants to know, they have some great textures, colors, metallic and such. Their adhesive is oddly adhesive ONCE you get it where it is supposed to go - weeding for some is challenging (the foil hates me), transferring for others (no chemical adhesive used so it can be stubborn). But once you figure it out the product is unique and quite amazing. But there is a learning curve. Oh yeah, biggest learning curve is MEASURE YOUR ROLL when it comes not packed by a machine....cause you know, people lie.

Bought this for the Cricut Explore Air 2. Cuts and weeds great on the normal vinyl setting, didn't need to customize anything. It was rolled pretty tight for shipping so flattening it on the cutting mat the vinyl did separate a bit from the backing but i had just unwrapped it and used it right away. It was easy to flatten back out and i think if you let it sit a bit or stored it unraveled it would be fine. It also was very easy to get to stick to the transfer tape, came off the backing very easily and then peeled away from the transfer tape without issues. It has a foil like finish so some kinks and creases can leave a mark if they're bad enough. Just need to be more careful which i expected with this type of finish. Weeds and transfers better than the Cricut vinyl i've used so far. Very happy with it at this point and will definitely be buying more VViViD vinyl products.

This vinyl is very pretty but doesn’t cut or weed well with thin or small designs. Even with the lowest force, the backing wasn’t strong enough to keep the vinyl from moving. The vinyl actually starting wrinkling while unrolling it so that tells you how strong the backing is. I would only buy this for medium - large projects or if you are in a jam. I ended up having to use a completely different vinyl for my lettering on a tumbler because it was such a pain to cut and unsuccessful weed. I’ve been cutting/weeding for years so it’s definitely the quality of vinyl that’s lacking.

We wasted a piece getting used to how to work with this stuff. You have to work in smaller pieces, otherwise it will be a bubbly, wrinkly mess. Also, I have NO idea why some places who sell permanent vinyl (knowing it will be used for cricut and silhouette machines use paper on the back. The backing needs to be slick so that when you pull it off the cricut mat, you are not left with a shredded paper mess all over your mat :) If you don't mind spending 30 minutes scraping it off, then that's not an issue.
