I used firm pressure on my cricut and this product cut easily, weeded easily, and there was zero bleed. The first round bled a bit vs Cricut brand (@2x the price); HOWEVER, I used a tongue depresser (popsicle stick) around the edge and had zero bleed every other time. I recommend using the depresser instead of a wider object as it puts more psi into a smaller area. Also this product is stickier and thicker than the Cricut brand yet it does not peel the paint--I am using General Finishes Milk Paint with a 2 hour dry time before stencil removal. Note that I was painting on baltic birch plywood as well

I have used many different stencil films over the years and this one is the best. I use it with my Brother Scan 'n Cut and it works great because the sheets are flat. I don't have to fight to flatten it out from being on a roll. It has just the right amount of sticky to adhere to your project and prevent leakage. It's also very easy to weed.

I bought this to make some small stencils for signs with. My cricut cut it great on the stencil material setting. Had no issues with having to do a second cut. It weeds pretty easy and the adhesion is sticky, but not so sticky that it peels paint. Will buy again.

I used this material with my cameo silhouette and it worked really well. Once I figured out the cutting settings, the material cut great! It’s very sturdy, and I loved how the stencil came out that I cut (a little cow). But my only complaint would be that it does not stick on wood. I tried multiple times, I even tried a piece I hadn’t been manhandling to make sure I wasn’t the reason it wouldn’t stick. But even the piece I took off the roll didn’t stick enough to actually use it. The material sticks down well enough to be placed but not enough to actually use it. So if you’re thinking of using this stencil material for anything other than a wood background I recommend it for you. Again I love the material, love the thickness of it but I couldn’t use it for my intended purpose. I will update as soon as I use this material on anything other than wood.

I bought this to create stencils for airbrushing. It cut fine on my Cricut Air 2, using the vinyl setting. The issue I came across was during weeding. The adhesive backing of the film was not strong enough, so when I’d weed in an area with complicated lines or small, unattached sections, those bits would shift from their position or come off the film entirely. This would be a nightmare to transfer to my surface, and since I’ll need this stencil film to remain on my project through various layers of color over the course of a few days, I had no faith that its adhesive would be strong enough to hold its place, not shift its position, or come off from frequent handling. I ended up using removable vinyl instead. I will find some other use for this item. I think its low-adhesion qualities make it better suited for simpler, reusable stencils that I can place, spray, and move to another location on the project. Like if I wanted to place a pattern in a masked off area, or if I wanted to spray stars or other shapes throughout. But for complex, high-detailed sections, this didn’t do the job.

I’m still upset about the results I got with this stencil paper, even a few days after using it. I used it with my Cricut, and while it cut beautifully and weeded very easily, things went downhill fast when I tried to remove it from my cutting mat. The entire backing stuck to my mat and peeled off in shreds, making the stencil completely unusable and ruining my mat in the process. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially given the time and effort I put into the project. I cannot recommend this product unless the backing issue is resolved.

This is great material for etching glass. It was easy to use, apply, and remove. I used my Silhouette Cameo 4 to cut the stencils. My machine settings were: Stencil material, blade depth-3, passes-1, force-24, speed-2. I will order this brand again.
