I got this watch because of the color and size. Black is more of the color I prefer for watches, and this one looks pretty nice on my wrist. The watch itself is larger and square, so if you are looking for slim and petite then this is not the one you want. I love the band, it is rubbery yet durable and is plenty long for my wide wrist. It also has a normal band holder and does not tuck under like some other bands I have seen. Setup was easy, download the app and pair the device. Then you can run through various permissions and settings for what notifications and control you want to give the watch. There are 5 different dial faces to choose from. You select it from the watch itself, not from the app. I have not found a way to get custom faces loaded. The device was fully charged on arrival. The charge lasted all week and was actually still at 42% after 7 days. It took 30 minutes to recharge fully starting at 42%. You download the VeryFitPro app for connecting to the phone. The app can share data with Strava and Google Fit. It will track your activites, plus sleep cycle and heart rate over time. The heart rate has been accurate every time I double check it manually. I haven't been able to check the accuracy of the oxygen level, but it does seem to go lower when I have bad allergy days so I am optimistic. As for the blood pressure, I don't think that any device is really able to accurately measure blood pressure using light, but it has actually been within 5 when I compare it with the BP machine at WalMart. I know, not a scientific study. If you leave it on at night then it will track your sleep. Not a ton of information here but it will tell you if you had light or deep sleep, probably based on movement, heart rate, and oxygen levels. What I use it for mostly, besides telling the time, is: - text and call notifications - counting my steps - watching my sleep cycle - weather screen - heart rate - I even used the "find my phone" feature when my phone fell in the couch Overall I am pleased with this watch, especially for the price. ... show more

    • Simple watch for tracking vitals
This review is being written as part of Amazon Vine, and the product was provided at no cost for the purposes of this review. It's a basic "Smart" watch, with all the essential functions. Music control works fine at it's most basic level, but the list of apps you can use isn't terribly great. No Pandora, for one. The sensors seem reasonably accurate, except for sleep, that mostly just detects whatever makes it feel good at the time. I woke up a few times while sleeping, and it never picked it up for the entire week I wore it. There's one that sticks out: Blood Pressure. There's really no way for a basic watch to measure BP. The only one I know of that is sold in the US and can actually claim to has a small inflatable cuff. So, as far as I'm aware, that measurement should be seen as trustworthy as gas station sushi. The GPS is as accurate as your phone is (most likely, not very, but good enough for most users), as there's no GPS built into the watch. Which is fine at this price point ($25), but it bears remembering for people who run without their phones. It's reasonably comfortable, and the band is easy to change without tools. There's not many options for the watch face, and none of them really show a ton of info, so you'll have to scroll a few screens to see any info you'd want to check. It's not the *most* responsive, but it's fine. The watch is also safe up to 5atm, so rain or showers aren't going to hurt it. Of course, we must also talk about the App driving the watch. Veryfitpro, as it's called, is a very basic fitness app. Limited options for workouts, but at least it interfaces with Strava, for the runners and movers out there. All in all, no major complaints with how well the watch does what it can do. My only complaint comes down to it claiming it can do things that it simply cannot. ... show more
