Great comfort, style & price...what's not to like...wore them with cuffed jeans and a vest/shirt. Comfortable enough to wear all day for me and I'm usually a Sketcher "comfort" shoe wearer. Not sure I'd wanna go hiking in them but their sturdy enough to if you want. The other cool thing about these is not only do they have the standard boot type laces but they have a zipper on the side which actually makes them slip ons if you're not up to lacing that morning...if I had my choice, the only thing I'd do different is to make the laces shorter, I'm not a fan of long dangling laces.

Am loving these boots. Was suspicious of the zipper feature to begin with though have found the zipper to be awesome. They make getting into the boots much easier than having to deal with lacing and unlacing boots. Though they’ve become my daily go to boots jury is still out on whether the zipper holds up. A month in and I wear them daily and they’re doing great. Found that putting silicone on the zippers made them operate more smoothly. Fingers crossed on the zippers holding up!

These are great casual boots. They're not real motorcycle boots. I used them for the MSF and they worked as well as any other street footwear I could've bought, but obviously don't have extra protection features and are easily scratched and scuffed. The plus is that they look great out of the box, are very comfortable in cool weather, and haven't fallen apart in the week I've been wearing them. Love the side zips too, they're actually functional and have a flap to keep them from rubbing.

I am picky with shoes, so I wasn’t expecting to like these too much. These seem well made and comfortable. I added some athletic insoles and I can wear these all day while walking and sitting and going up and down stairs. I don’t think they are totally water proof, but no problems with a little rain.

When I first laid eyes on the Vostey Men’s Hiking Boots, I was immediately captivated by their rugged aesthetic. The robust design, emphasized by the waterproof feature and the unique pattern on the sole, looked like it promised an adventure. But as we all know, appearances can be deceptive. To give you a more comprehensive view, my relationship with these boots is complicated. For someone who’s an avid hiker, my expectations for performance, comfort, and durability are set fairly high. While the boots performed reasonably well in some aspects, they did leave room for improvement in others, making them a mixed bag. 🥾 Aesthetic Appeal: Looks to Impress but Not to Last The Vostey hiking boots are undoubtedly stylish. The first time you put them on, you’ll feel ready to conquer not just mountains but even casual social outings. However, the aesthetic quality comes with a caveat: durability. After a few hikes, the material started to show signs of wear, and the color began to fade slightly. For boots designed for the rough terrains, this is somewhat disappointing. 🌧️ Waterproofing: More Like Water-Resistant One of the main features that drew me to these boots was the promise of waterproofing. While they did keep my feet dry in light rain, they were not able to hold up under more severe wet conditions. They are more water-resistant than waterproof, so don’t expect them to be your savior in a downpour or during a stream crossing. 👟 Comfort and Fit: A Tale of Two Stories The initial fitting was snug and comfortable; however, that comfort started to wane on longer hikes. They’re fine for short walks or even a half-day of moderate hiking, but anything beyond that and you’ll start to notice some discomfort in the arch and heel areas. 🛠️ Construction and Material: Robust Yet Not Invincible These boots appear to be built like a tank. The soles are made of durable material designed to grip rocky terrains, and the overall construction feels sturdy. But as mentioned before, the upper part of the boots didn’t withstand the test of time and adventures as well as I had hoped. 💰 Pricing: Middle of the Road Considering the mixed performance, the price point is justifiable but not a steal. There are definitely better options available if you’re willing to invest a bit more for top-tier hiking boots. However, if you’re on a budget and looking for something to get you through less demanding terrains, these boots can be a consideration. 🤔 Final Thoughts and Summary In conclusion, the Vostey Men’s Hiking Boots are a mixed bag. They do offer a level of style, basic waterproofing, and initial comfort. However, they lack in areas of long-term durability and sustained comfort on more challenging terrains. These boots are not your go-to for intensive hiking expeditions but could serve you well for short hikes and casual wear. My experience was neither overwhelmingly positive nor entirely negative, landing these boots a solid 3-star rating. If you’re a casual hiker looking for a reasonably priced pair of boots that can also serve as stylish daily wear, these might be worth a try. I bought these for my Motorcycle endorsement class and have been very happy with the purchase. It's been two months since I bought them and I've now ridden 500 miles wearing these boots, and they are still holding up great/almost new. Very comfortable and the side zipper is super convenient, I think these boots are awesome!

My husband loves these! Hes extremely picky with his shoes so we were nervous when we got them. However he says they’re the most comfortable shoes he’s ever worn. The only thing is that if they are your everyday shoes they’re not going to last long
