These shoes are better than I first thought. I find that wherever I go people are looking at them, I'm guessing because they are pretty different. The sole is hard but surprisingly comfortable in the short term but as you wear and walk in them it becomes noticeable. At the end of the day I noticed that the lower part of my heel began to hurt but I think adding cushioning pad would help. They aren't super light, but the weight isn't bad at all. Because of the design they are really flexible yet stable so rolling and ankle isn't likely. They feel rather rugged so I'm wondering how long they will last with my workout routine and daily use. Considering they are such a great value for such a well built shoe I definitely recommend giving them a try. ... show more

The worst shoe I’ve ever worn. The bottom sole looks soft and springy but is actually hard plastic and feels like I’m walking in cleats. The rubber on the very bottom is stiff and provides no traction. I originally bought for running, and that was a huge mistake. They sound like horse hooves on concrete.
