Again, sorry for such a long review! I bought two of these soap cases for the gym, one for my mom and one for myself. I have to add a funny little fact about this though first, I laughed at it, and my mom asked if I had read it on the instructions and we both laughed. It says to keep your soap from turning soft to keep it from getting wet, or something along those lines. I knew what it meant, but it still made me giggle. On to why you are hopefully reading my review. This is a great sturdy case to keep your soap in while you travel, and I use mine every day at the gym. There is one HUGE bonus to this though. I love the little scrubber bags you put your soap in where you can scrub your body clean instead of having to find a washcloth that gets smelly because you forget you have it in your gym bag or keep up with a body poof. This has one with it! I just add my favorite bar of soap, do a slip knot for the strings so I can add a new bar later, and now I have a case to hold my soap and a body scrubber all in one! No more stinky washcloths that I finally just end up having to throw away and my shower hanging bag with mildew. Here is my tip though. I will wash with the soap and try to keep my case in a caddy to keep it semi-dry. Scrubadubdub, then rinse the bag in the water from the showerhead to get all the suds off, shake it off to get out as much water as possible, put it in the case, and if there is still soap or bubbles, wash off the case the same way in the water from the showerhead, and shake dry. I then will prop it up on the shower caddy or shelf at an angle to let any water run out, give it a final shake, and then add it back to my hanging bag. My mom has the same one in black, so I will let my strings hang out, so we know who's is who's. I LOVE this case. And you cannot beat it for the price. Do yourself a favor and get one now, your soap, gym showering experience, and whatever you keep your shower items in for the gym will thank you!

I love that this soap storage box came in black! Decent price, fast shipping, good design. Made out of plastic, somewhat durable if you aren't super rough on it. I don't think it would last forever but for light weight use, it is perfect. I would recommend this item and I would have no issues purchasing same if I needed another.

It's a soap container. I live in a house with 5 other roommates. So I don't leave my soap in the bathroom. It serves it's purpose.

You have to leave it open in order for the soap to dry. There's no airholes in the container. Good for same day travel but not great for daily use.

This soap case is sturdy and easy to clean. There may be pros and cons for not having any holes on the bottom of the case. You can't drain or dry the soap when the case is closed, but it doesn't make any leak so great for carrying inside a bag or something. Also, the bottom of the case is wavy so it helps the soap dried while the case is placed on its bottom. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and accomplished my purpose.

I bought this to keep my soap from turning to mush in the shower ... and it does the trick. What's cool is that it comes with two mesh soap saver bags that can be used to "air" out soap or used as rudimentary scrubbers. Very nice.

Got this for a hotel stay. It did it's job and comes with a mesh soap bag. I have no complaints. Securely latches and I did not have a problem with it leaking at all. Would definitely recommend.

I have two of these soap cases. I ordered the black one first and then decided that I really liked it and ordered the pink case. I swim six days a week and this soap case is very convenient for me to put my swim soap in. I use a bar soap that is made to wash the choline off your skin. The case is big enough to hold my soap and is easy to open and close. Very happy with my purchase.
