Gave it a 5 even though I didn't give any of the categories a 5. It worked really well has a costume doctors coat. It was thin, but not to thin for what it was being used for. I would also say it runs small order a size or two larger, figuring you are wearing it over other clothes.

I went as Doc Brown and this did the trick and printed a label which said Dr Emmitt Brown for breast area, along with a wig I bought and safety glasses I had. It made for a great costume. You can ao use for Bill Nye the science guy costume as well or whatever you can think of. The cuffs were a bit baggy but not a big deal. Howvere if you are getty for actual lab coat I can see where this could be a problem ... show more

This was the perfect lab coat for what I needed. I am a preschool teacher and when we do science, we put our lab coats on. I have no complaints at all! I had to return to get a smaller size, but I will never complain that something is too big :). I got the next size down, and it's perfect!

    • It's ok for a quick costume but not for regular wear
The size is good, it's a cheap product. I wouldn't expect to wear it on a regular basis. If you were to wear a colored shirt under the coat, it would show through, it's very thin. However, if you want it for a Halloween costume prop, it's perfect for that.

Exactly what I wanted, it's not at all 'sheer' but it's not heavyweight material either so it's still usable in warmish weather. It's also free of any bathrobe-style ties originating on the back or other weird doodads, just a plain white lab coat perfect for any scientist.

    • Pretty good, but not necessarily perfect
So I really like this lab coat. It’s very cheap which is always nice especially if you’re only going to use this coat for one semester. That being said, I probably use it about four hours a week and I’ve already started to notice some wear and tear, and I just bought it a little bit ago. Furthermore, something I don’t particularly care for is I feel like the coat is a little thinner than if I had gotten it from my school chemistry site. It might not be important depending on the type of materials you’re working on how your coat thickness is but if you are working with materials that are very dangerous, that is something important to know.
