Pleased with the craftsmanship of this jewelry box. It’s not flimsy, has some weight to it. The interior is completely covered and well done, no gap's and no fraying. It has ample space, especially for rings. I removed a couple of the earring holders to make additional space. I love the handle but I do not intend to use for travel since it carries more than I would use on an outing. The lock is pretty, but I would not call it a “safe” type lock. In my opinion, this jewelry box would be a great gift for any girl who loves jewelry. my only complaint is that the material is a little flimsy and the part in the back to put the necklaces in goes down to the bottom of the box so if you are not careful you could lose your necklace ( I lost an earring back there LOL.)
