No complaints whatsoever, came in original Visio box with all parts and accessories in proper packaging. Best part was the simple set up and all the free tv/movie apps it comes already installed. I took a chance and bought this TV for my mother at the recommendation of the person who runs my mothers nursing home. I recently purchased a similar TCL model from Amazon and almost purchased that one instead. Comparing the two TVs side-by-side, the Visio TV is noticeably inferior. The software is buggy and often turns off for no reason in the middle of watching a show. The backlight is far too bright even when turned down to its lowest level. And the picture is visibly less clear. I would not recommend this TV. There are other TVs that are better quality for the same price. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I wish it had more hdmi ports; but i get it.     • Good tv, but update functionality is unacceptable
The TV has a good picture and sound, and the smart features have everything you could want for streaming services and has Chromecast and Airplay. However, I just had the TV decide to do a firmware update in the middle of a show instead of letting me decide when to restart. This is a terrible UX.

Don't care for the updates (messes my settings up) When the power is lost you have to reboot the TV (in settings take 2 or 3 minutes)
