The Vizio M7-Series Quantum overall is a very good affordable QLED TV with picture quality better than expected for its price point, a decent remote control, great features, and stunning value overall. I love how Vizio (along with Hisense and Panasonic) supports all HDR formats too such as HDR10, HDR10+, HLG, and Dolby Vision compared to other brands which doesn't support one of the other premium HDR format (ex. no Dolby Vision on Samsung nor HDR10+ on LG, Sony, and TCL)! Despite being a native 60hz panel display, this TV more than likely also has you covered for PS5 and Xbox Series X with exception of 120fps thanks to this TV supporting eARC, ALLM, and VRR including Freesync, though admittedly I haven't tested the gaming side of this television as of this writing since I've yet to get my hands on either next-gen console due to how incredibly difficult it is to get one at the moment. One big con I gotta say about this Vizio TV (or rather Vizio in general) is that the SmartCast OS although a bit snappier than before is not that great overall due to dull UI, no ability to add more apps, and the performance pretty spotty at best. A external streaming device such as Apple TV 4K or Amazon Fire TV Cube is recommended around here. And lastly let's talk more about the picture quality on this display. How does it look & perform you may ask? The colors are superb, probably one of the widest color gamuts I've seen yet, the local dimming performance is pretty good (again minding you this is the M7 version of the TV, the M8 version might be even better since it has more local dimming zones), brightness is perfectly acceptable in this price range, and the HDR performance overall is surprisingly decent around here. In conclusion, this TV is the definition of "bang for your buck". Honestly I think this TV is better than that overrated TCL 6 Series R635. Recommended. ... show more

    • Exceptional Quality in Every Aspect
If you're looking for a great tv with bright, vibrant colors while not having to spend over $800 or even $1000, this is the perfect one for you. +The picture is very crisp, with great blacks and very strong colors. +SmartCast is very responsive and easy to use. I see a lot of people complain about it but it's rather fast. Don't expect to be pressing the arrow buttons at the speed of light and the tv to respond to every press immediately, because that's unrealistic. Plus, you probably won't have to even use the home screen much at all, which I bring up next. +The remote features many shortcut buttons for Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Amazon Video, Disney+ and more, so I never have to go to the home screen at all. +The speakers are, well, tv speakers, so while they don't have great sound quality, it's not at all to be expected since every tv will basically want a sound bar anyways. I have nothing negative to say about this television. Of course there are better TVs out there, but if you want to save some money and still come out with a great tv, skip the $329 one (you know which one I'm talking about) that everyone is buying, (which isn't great at all, I had that one before this and the difference is baffling) and get this one instead. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We love this TV, we have 2 of them. This one, however, for some reason, the volume button has a mind of it's own. You need to hold it down or up for a bit before it increases or decreases. So, it's obviously defective. Or other TV, the remote works fine. Other than that, the tv is very user friendly and was easy to set up. Picture quality is great. ... show more

    • Get a tv that works
Ordered this model and defective screen. Nothing but color bars. Returned. Replaced with newer model. Terrible picture. Washed out picture, no contrast, sharpness made no difference. Sent back and got the new Sony. Great to, love it.

    • Do not buy this tv. “Like new” is a lie
Do not buy it because the price, “like new” is a lie. The tv has white spots across the upper screen and is not as described when buying. Bright white spots on the screen when watching bright scenes on the tv. Save your time and money on this product.

When our tv was delivered we immediately noticed a burnt electrical smell. We thought it would go away. After 2 weeks, it still smells. Now the volume on the remote doesn’t work. We would love to exchange it but we through out the box and packing materials. I am very disappointed with Amazon’s remedy. I learned a lesson: do not purchase a tv from Amazon ... show more

I bought this TV about 2 months ago and it has multiple problems. It constantly logs me out of my streaming platforms. About once a week I need to do a hard reset because the sound is off by almost 5 seconds on whatever I'm watching. I contacted Amazon because there is a 90 day guarantee on it but they said that there was nothing they could do besides help me contact vizio. The streaming platform has some apps but there is no way to add others. The only thing I like about the TV is that it has a nice picture. But with all of the other issues I don't recommend buying this TV. ... show more
