For the price you get what you pay for. The only down side to these pedals is having to take them apart one by one and the smell. I bought both red and black. The red had a very bad soap like smell but the black on the other hand did not smell. A few were stuck together and had holes.

Just as I had expected except they smelled like dried shrimp. I pulled them apart about a week in advance, put them in a box, sprayed them with body spray, and shut the box. Smelled just fine on wedding day.

Make sure you allow time to take apart. Lick you fingers for the best way to to get apart. I tried water, but that just makes it harder.

Color is nice. Like the realistic detail in petals (way better than the ones from Michaels). Some petals are more transluscent than others, not sure if intended but ok with me. There is a slight smell but I have some rose perfume I can spray on. Only using for wedding floor path so no biggie. Overall, very happy with purchase! ... show more

Very disappointed with this product. Yes there were 1,000 pieces but they were all extremely thin and that made them almost see through. The color is dull and is falsely advertised in the pictures shown. Edges of them look like a 5 year old cut them out
