Excellent. Solid & well made. Light as a feather. The handle is shaped well for your hand. It feels good, comfortable, and solid under the palm of your hand. The adjustable height buttons provide a wide range of heights. Far more than is needed for a person 5ft 6 to 6ft 0. At a guess, this stick looks good for people up to 6'6"--just an estimate. The double lock-ring makes the walking stick really solid. So far, the pleasant textured finish has held up well with no scratches. I've been using Vive folding sticks (from local pharmacies) for years, but this straight-line stick is quiet, solid, and reassuringly secure.

Luckily, I do not need a cane full time, which is part of the reason I opted for an inexpensive model. It turns out, this model is quite durable, handles my weight well (I am not a small man), and is comfortable. It collapsing to a smaller size is excellent, as I can keep it in my vehicle without losing much space. I find myself needing a cane for upwards of a week every month, so having something that's easy to keep hidden but also easy to use when I need it is quite helpful. One day I'll invest in a more fashionable cane, but for an inexpensive functional cane, this one is worth the price.

It's a light cane, but sturdy. The handle is curved just a hair too much for my comfort. The real annoying thing is that there is a gold ring on top, with a very cool metallic light blue ring in the center. Too bad they don't match, or at least go with silver. Would be pretty cool otherwise.

This is a good product well made. I got this just after I had back surgery and with it being adjustable it really came in handy. If you need something and don't want to pay a fortune then this is the cane for you. It is stable and does the job.

I really thought I’d love this cane; here’s why I’m returning it: 1. Weight: It’s sooooo light, am I carrying a cane? I thought it would be a cool concept, but it was just too light for me. It has barely any mass. I have several other carbon-fiber products such as AFOs so I understand the technology, but this was too light. Heck, a strong breeze might carry it away. 2. Wrist Strap: Most good canes have the wrist strap located at the end of the handle or at the top of the shaft near the handle. This one has a clip that only fits on the cane shaft, not on the base of the handle. Result? It’s too tight at times. I’m also afraid the clip around the cane might break. 3. Noisy: After extending the cane to the right stop, I tightened the ring to firm everything up. Regardless, the lower part of the cane is still a tad loose and it clunks when it hits the ground for every step. I have loosened it, retightened it… no luck. It just does not tighten up the lower part of the cane, I can’t trust that. I’ve never had this issue with other canes. 4. Accent colors: I noticed that the top accent piece near the handle is brass colored, and the tightening ring at the midpoint is a dark chrome. Why the difference? Why not make them the same color? The dark brushed chrome would look stunning for both accents. Maybe I’m being picky… Yep, I’m being picky. Most of these points are personal preference. The wanted to love the idea of a carbon-fiber cane that will be okay around moisture and matches my AFO. But I just don’t think it’s for me. I am going to return it and see if there is anything else out there that is not made of metal that will be safe around sand and water.

The cane is indeed light. I've had to use it for about six weeks.. the rubber tip just split last week, VERY hard to remove.. don't want to risk using a saw as that will weaken the carbon fiber stem. digging away at it with a pair of medical cutters. Probably all canes will have this issue but the replacement rubber tips I ordered look a lot sturdier than those vive supply, room for improvement and also the price I paid, 45$, I've seen it down at 29$ earlier.. annoying point two.
