My experience with this table and their customer service has been abysmal. Firstly, they refused to cancel my order and asked me to decline delivery. They also told me there would be a restocking charge. Unfortunately, the package was left at my doorstep. I started assembling it as it had already arrived. During my assembly as per the instructions, the pre drilled holes did not align with one of the legs of the chair. When I contacted customer service about this and they said it would be troublesome and expensive to return and offered a partial refund. Reluctantly I agreed. With some difficulty, I managed to drill the necessary holes and assembled the table only to find the two piece of the table don't align. There is a height difference which makes the monitor wobble. When I mentioned that to their customer service, their reply was that they already gave me a partial refund. I would not recommend this product. ... show more

Not hard to put together. Pretty good quality. The people that say the holes don’t match up did not follow directions, stop scaring ppl away and read! I was hoping for one solid piece but the 2 pieces seem to be holding up just fine. 2 27 inch monitors and my pc on it. It gets a 4 because it still wobbles but not bad though. Remind me again why you need carbon fiber on a desk? ... show more

What can I say 🤷 it's a desk with plenty of space Its nice and sturdy no shake no wobble. Took about 45 minutes to assemble. No parts missing, the 2 top boards lined up perfectly no gap between the boards. All screw holes lined up too on the wood and frame . So far I like it Perfect height for me

My top piece is uneven when all is said and done. Instructions were pretty useless. Being held by screws means it wont last long or have any rebuild value. My feet are also uneven and wobbles like a rocking chair. Overall a low end build for the price.

For the price, this is a nice desk. They give you an extra bolt, rubber leg foot, and extra screws incase you make a mistake. Everything lined up perfect and works very well. The USB hub is trash but you are buying this for the desk not the USB hub. FANTASTIC build quality!!

    • Great desk, but needs better cable management tray
Really nice desk. I have all my equipment including my computer and 2 monitors sitting on it. Took no time to assemble for 2 people and I don’t have to worry about my legs hitting any part of the desk when moving around. The only problem I have is how cheap the cable management tray is and that it would’ve been nice to have a longer one with more durable plastic or where if I put more than a few cables, they don’t all start to fall out ... show more
