I used these as a post natal and they were recommended by my doctor. The sugar isn't great and if I took them in the morning it made me hungry right away so I started taking into them before bed. But good value and they taste great!

These taste very good. I have no issue taking them at all. The only thing I wish it had was biotin and iron.. then it would be perfect. That’s the only reason why I switched from these to a new vitamin. However, If these ingredients are what you’re looking for then this is perfect!

I’m in first trimester, so I’m nauseous all the time! I tried another brand’s soft gel and couldn’t get it down because of the smell/ size. It was just horrible. These gummies actually taste good and are easy to get down! No weird smell/ taste, and because they’re gummies, no giant pill to swallow (which I’m not great at anyways). Definitely recommend these! Only downside is no iron, but I just make sure I get plenty in my diet. ... show more

According to women's health doctors this does not have a high enough amount of folic acid to support a growing baby. So we ended up going with a prescription vitamin that had what we needed. I'm sure these aren't a bad idea but for the same price we ended up getting something better straight from the doctor. ... show more
