I almost didn't order these because of the negative reviews. But I saw them in a Container Store, and they were so cool I decided to order them here (cheaper). They're just as cool in person! The facets are sharp and clear and the weight is nice. Can't wait to bring these out for company!

The faceted design on these glasses always get comments from our guests. A bonus is that the box they come in comes in handy for storing and traveling with them when the occasion arises. The only downside is the unique design makes them a bit more time consuming to clean, especially after cocktails with citrus. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind if you are washing/reusing glassware throughout the evening. If you stick with the same cocktail all night, the extra effort to wash at the end of the night isn't even worth mentioning. But if you like to switch out cocktails with courses, then stock up on these or go with a more basic coupe glass, so you aren't spending your party time scrubbing. ... show more

I had been looking for coup glasses for several months when I found these. They were the right size and very interesting looking. I was a little concerned initially as some reviewers noted a pink color in the glass, but the glasses were colorless. I can only guess that he color they thought they were seeing was only a reflection of their own hands while holding the glass. In any event, the cut glass pattern makes to glasses very elegant. They are cut crystal, so you need to be somewhat careful when handling them, but that is expected with crystal. Definitely recommend hand-washing only if you don't want the glass to etch over time (also expected). If you're looking for a heavy, study glass to use everyday, this is not for you. But if you are looking for an elegant glass for cocktails this will be a beautiful addition to your collection of bar ware. ... show more
