We are very happy with this. We checked into custom and special order from home stores and they were $4000 to $5000 with a top. This was a 3rd of the price. Ok, it's not custom. Handles are great, marble top and sinks well packed. I read about broken tops and was leery of ordering and thought I'd try. Doors and drawers close just fine. Bottom right drawer at maybe 1/8" angle. Not bad for something coming from a humid climate to our desert. No one has noticed this except us. Thought we were missing a plastic medallion for the sink drain and called Virtu. They were great told me send email request with order information. I did that and received 3 follow up emails and the medallion. Great customer service. We waited almost 6 months to install this and thought "hope everything is ok". All was ok and with out any doubt would order this again even at a higher price. We are adding our own marble back splash. It came with a very nice one in good condition. We just want back splash to look more custom. See picture. ... show more

    • Countertop broken, will the company make this right?

When this was first delivered, we noticed the surface paint was scratched off in one area on the vanity (see photo). This was not ideal, but we did not want to return everything. Due to COVID-19, we had to wait to install as our contractor is not permitted to work right now. We moved the countertop very carefully but the marble is so thin that it immediately snapped just by us carrying it. See photos. We are outside the return window by a week or so. Will the company make this right and send a new piece of marble???? If so, I will remove this review. (This page will not allow me to upload the photos.) ... show more

I purchased this vanity thru Amazon for a recent Home renovation project. Pros: The vanity with marble top is absolutely beautiful. The matching mirror is also very nice. Vanity & mirror wood finish look very good with no uneven stain or scratches Drawer pulls and closing hardware look and work great Marble top and square sinks provide a very expensive look (think high end hotel) Cons: 4 inch high Marble backsplash is shipped already glued to marble top and came with a 1 foot piece broken off at end Vanity had slight bow in it... Center was approx. 1/4 inch higher than left and right sides requiring shims under marble top 20-20 Hindsight... >>>Be sure to immediately unpack vanity and check for damage before accepting delivery! >>>The trucker will pressure you to sign receipt as soon as they deliver box to your door. >>>Don't sign or accept until you inspect the entire shipment! I know this from experience... I accepted my shipment and did not fully inspect it. I discovered the broken backsplash 2 weeks after delivery and the Amazon vendor refused to replace it. Bottom line... its a beautiful vanity for the price... IF it's delivered in one piece!!! ... show more

When this item arrived, the marble vanity top was broken in three pieces. Amazon replaced the broken top. The 2nd marble top arrived in one piece. Three days after my contractor installed it, the electrician leaned on it and the marble top broke! I have reached out to the manufacturer to see if they will offer a solution. Marble is supposed to last for centuries! This is very thin marble. I wouldn't order from Virtu USA again. ... show more
