So far, this wardrobe system was spot on. Easy to assemble and all the parts were in the packaging. However, the two bins are made from a material that stinks to high heaven! I had to put them both in the garage. I didn’t want of my clothing items to smell. Please fix this.

This is a great storage alternative. I live in the northern part of the US. In winter, good warm clothing is important, but it can be bulky. To make things easier on myself, I have been going through the process of packing and storing my winter clothes through summer and doing the same with my summer clothes in winter. You want to keep them clean and neatly stored away. I don't have tons of closet space, but I do have a nice room in the basement that I use to do a little project work. Quite honestly, when I ordered this initally, I was terrified I would get it only to find out it was some kind of flimsy aluminum or something, despite the description (I have been fooled before unfortunately). I could not have been more wrong and I am so glad for it. The measurements were accurate and both of the storage units that I ordered (both from this seller) came in compact boxes packed tightly with care and protective wrapping to ensure that the product reached me without damage. I did have a moment of confusion when the first package was dropped off without the second (which was ordered at the same time) until I checked my email and found a message from the seller warning me that they had to ship them seperately due to weight restrictions. All the parts were included and the instructions were easy to understand and well written. If I ever need a closet organizer in the future, I hope I can go through these people again.
