I loved this product so much. I love how you're able to build it in different ways that suit your esthetics, I love how sturdy it was (considering I rotated approximately 2 months worth of clothing in all forms: gym clothes, work clothes, and going out clothes), and I loved how I was able to easily see everything and tuck the cover away. It even has a place to hang scarves inside it. It was well designed and the parts weren't cheap. Which stole my heart because a lot of companies I've used for years have gone down on their quality since inflation, but Vipek has great quality during an oppressive time in our economy. I appreciate them for that, and for being so kind to even refund my money when sending it back because my new place didn't have space for it. I needed more closet space and this works until I can build a bigger closet. It was easy to assemble. Measurements provided were accurate. It holds my clothes nicely. I bought extra organizers for the shelves which have worked out good. My only complaint is that the cover is cheap and is not attached to the bottom of the shelves so not completely dust free. My cats can fit in between the cover and the bottom of it which defeated the purpose of keeping my clothes free from cat hair and from getting thrown on the ground. I will have to come up with a way to attach the bottom of the cover to the unit while still being able to sip and unzip it. ... show more

Only after i spent two hours getting everything out if the box and realizing none of it is labeled with the corresponding letters in the directions, did it become apparent there were missing pieces. And the black plastic pieces that for around the tubes to secure it, just pop off the second any pressure is applied. My clothes are everywhere, this system is garbage and i am in a near rage. I am a 66 year old That is not very handy I had to watch a short u tube Once I saw the video It was simple to put together by myself The hardest part was standing on a stool to put the top shelves on I am 5 2 It seems sturdy enough So far I am very pleased

The assembly took about 2 hours. It was pretty easy. The rack has a quality look to it. I will probably purchase another one. The only reason I gave this 4 stars and not 5 was because any kid can tip this thing over if you dont mount/strap it to the wall. I'm thinking of putting 2 very small sand bags on the back/bottom of the rack to prevent tipping over. Overall I'm happy with this purchase. ... show more
