Although I do like many of the Vionic shoes, there is a major inconsistency in sizing. I wear a 9 1/2 M in most of their enclosed shoes, but in others, I must wear a 10M. And even some of those very greatly in width. One M is great the next too narrow. When it comes to sandals I start to loose my mind. These sandals were extremely wide. I can’t even imagine what the wide width would be. I purchased and return sandals for weeks before I finally gave up. Some being too narrow, some too wide, some too short others too long. I own two pairs of Vionic shoes that I love. I truly do not understand how a good shoe company can have the inconsistencies that exist in their shoes. ... show more

I wear Vionic flipflops nearly year round. Only rain, cold weather and Backcountry hiking get me to put on real shoes. These were recommended to me by my chiropractor because I have a broken back. The foot bed is superior to most women's dress and casual shoes. I never get blisters. There is a surface texture in the foot bed that keeps my foot from slipping even if shoe gets wet. I picked this color and style to go with my work clothes as it is a little dressier than the Tides. Fits as expected. Well made. Best flipflop ever. Been buying them for 12 years now. ... show more

I can't speak to the durability of these yet but I can't imagine they'll last a full year of daily use. The straps are not real leather, possibly bonded or faux but definitely not real which is annoying since these sandals are so expensive. I was diagnosed with Achilles Tendinitis and ordered these that same day. Immediately the arch support helped and I no longer feel pain while wearing them. The arch support takes some getting used to if you've never worn a sandle like this. My first time standing in the my arches popped audibly with a flash of pain but then everything was fine. I suppose I was really out of alignment. The sandle is firm yet supportive and one of the more fashionable options out there (not as "old lady" as others). I would look for a real leather option before purchasing these again. ... show more

I love Vionics because I have such bad feet for a 71 year old. They give me great support and they are comfortable all day long. I am on my feet most of the day and my feet usually hurt before the end of the day, but these shoes I can wear til I go to bed. Arch support good. Size-true fit. I chose the color so I can wear with blue jeans and they look great. I wish there were better sales on vionics. This is my second pair of this style. ... show more
