I am usually a 6 or 6.5 sometimes and got the 6 in these, based on the reviews. I have just slightly wide feet and the regular size is super comfortable. Perfect fit all around, width and length. I have found Vionics to run large. I wear a size 7 in all shoes, but in Vionics I need 6.5. Love the brand this shoe is very comfortable and stylish.

This shoe is clunky to walk in. It is not well designed. It does not fit my feet well. The arch support is not high enough. It runs a bit narrow. I normally love Vionic, but would advise to pass on this one.
