  • Great house slippers!
Size: 11 Color: Cream Shearling
I love Vionic slippers. They have good arch support and are very comfortable.

  • Arch Support 10/10
Size: 8 Color: Black Flannel
The arch support is why I ordered these. I have plantar fasciitis and these slippers help ease the pain when walking around my house instead of going barefoot. I am a size 8 and they are snug. I could have sized up to an 8.5 but my feet are slightly swollen, so maybe size up for wide feet! They also keep my feet warm during the winter which is great, and they look cute too! ... show more

  • Wore for almost 5 years
Size: 9 Color: Navy
I wore these slippers inside the house and out in the yard, every day, for four years and nine months. Yes, at some point during that time the fabric was a little worn. I threw them away today because the rubber finally showed signs of wear and tear. My foot got wet when I was outside with the dogs. These are the most expensive slippers I have ever purchased but they lasted so long they're definitely worth it. I've had several surgical procedures on tendons and the support in the slippers makes recovering easier. They're also just really comfortable. I used to be a barefoot person. Now I'm so spoiled, I miss my slippers if I don't have them on. After almost five years they remained well fitting. I hate when people shuffle on the floor and these slippers snuggle your feet when you're walking because the velco holds tight. I'm glad I had already purchased a backup pair because they aren't available now. ... show more

  • Superior support but...
I bought these slippers (they're really more like "mules" than slippers) to help with my plantar fasciitis, and after only three days, I can feel a significant difference in my foot pain. The arch support is fantastic, and it doesn't hurt my feet like some orthotic insoles or shoes can. However, the fit is wide - and I have a medium-width to wide foot. The length is just right though. I am a true size 9 and these are a perfect fit - except for the width of course. I'll wear socks with them when it gets colder - which will take care of the width a little. Having said that, I'd rather them be too wide than too narrow. These slippers are also very VERY warm - which is fine if you have cold feet and live in a cold climate. But I live in sub-tropical Charleston, SC where it's mid-October and we still have the A/C blasting. Another few weeks and I'll be grateful for their warmth, but until then, I have to take them off every 15 minutes and let my feet breathe. I can tell already I'll be using antiperspirant on my feet when I wear these slippers. :) Finally, because of the design and width of these slippers, they look big and clunky on my feet. In other words, they're ugly. LOL. If, like me, you don't care how they look, you won't mind. I'll only wear them around the house anyway, and I bought them for support, which I was NOT getting from the traditional slippers, slipper-socks, casual shoes, flip-flops, and Uggs I was wearing at home. In summary, I'm glad I spent the extra $$ for these quality-made slippers. Being pain-free is worth more than money AND looks. ... show more

  • Ticks all the boxes!
Size: 7 Color: Light Grey Fabric
These shoes offer all the benefits you'd expect from Vionic. They provide the arch support you need while feeling comfortable and looking great. The toe box is not too narrow and the adjustable strap across the top allows for fine-tuning the fit on your foot. I loved my first order so much that I bought another pair in a different color! These are great for me. I normally wear a 7 - 7 1/2 in a shoe depending on the style. I bought a size 7 in these and they fit me great. I wear medium-weight socks with them and they still fit fine - I just loosen the strap across the top when wearing socks. I bought these to use in the house but they would look just fine to wear out. The only thing to keep in mind is that the fabric is a felt-like material and it might be difficult to clean if you got them scuffed or dirty. ... show more

  • Yes please & Thank you!
Size: 10 Color: Cream Shearling
I've got flat feet and a bad case of bursitis in my mid-foot pad area so I must wear something with arches throughout my house. As someone who'd rather be barefoot, it was a challenge finding something I'd WANT to wear all the time. These are FANTASTIC! They are very comfortable, warm and surprisingly stylish! They fit true to size, and I think they are great for the price. I think I'll get another in a darker color as the cream can get dirty quickly. 10/10 ... show more

  • Okay for standing but not for moving around
The good news: The "aaah!" factor is very high; when I put on these mule slippers, my feet feel gently cradled and supported, exactly as hoped. The fit and feel of the supportive sole is the same high quality as in all Orthaheel footwear I have purchased, with plenty of room under the ball of my foot and excellent fit throughout. The terry material used to cover the slippers is soft and silky and adds a luxurious quality to them, increasing the comfort factor, and making them candidates for best slippers ever. The bad news: sadly that very terry cloth covering is also a problem, because it is so soft and slippery that my foot slips sideways when I move (especially if I change direction e.g. to turn into a room), which usually causes the back of my foot to slide off the supportive heel cup. Since the whole point of buying Orthaheel slippers was to wear them around the house when I return home after a long day in heels, it is disappointing to find these slippers do not perform well when actually walked in. Since even something as simple as cooking dinner involves walking with changes of direction (between fridge and counter and sink and cupboard and stove and back again), these slippers do not do the job. To sum up: I like many things about these slippers, but will not repurchase because of the slip factor caused by the terry covering. If I hadn't already recycled the box I would have returned them. I will only use these when I am planning to stay put on the couch with the barest minimum of walking. I will continue my quest for another slipper model with equally excellent arch and heel support that holds up when I move. In the meantime I will wear my Orthaheel mule sandals loosened a bit to accommodate some fluffy socks--not a very glamorous look, but much better performance. ... show more
