I do really like these shoes. I have some foot issues: planter fasciitis and peripheral neuropathy ---both not super bad, but I do have to be careful in footwear. These make my feet feel better by days end and I try to wear them everyday. Maybe I'm "cheap", but $65 is a lot for a pair of shoes...I expect to get some major mileage out of them. I have an office job that doesn't require a ton of walking, and I'm not motivated enough to go walking, let alone jogging etc after work....so I'm pretty easy on my shoes. I purchased these in Jan...it's been 3 months and the inside of the heels are wearing. (See pics) Now I don't untie my shoes when putting on or taking off ...and I get that the heels will break down, and then pretty soon you have that sharp piece sticking thru and poking you and in the trash they go. But these are my special, more expensive shoes, so I've been using a shoe horn to put these on...no wear and tear to the shoe...just normal rubbing. Come on--3 months!? I know, that's like $22/month....not a ton of money, but it's still just tossed away?! And forgive me for thinking that an elite specialty brand should build a better product which only cost me $65 because I purchased on sale via amazons 3rd party vendor...maybe that's the prob: maybe I should have paid Vionic directly for the $170 but I doubt they'd have been ANY better and then I'd be out 2x+. I'm sure I'll continue to wear until they cause me pain....maybe I can get the cost down. Again...they are a good shoe, while they last. A review like this may have helped me to know upfront to expect the cost to be $22/month and then get another pair. Buy them...you will enjoy them...just don't hold hope that you won't have to replace them... SOON. ... show more

I ordered a 7, which is what I wear, and they were SUPER tight. I knew they would not be comfortable as a walking shoe. I love vionic, but this design ran small. Had to return.

Mostly everything is good. The toe box is a little on the large side, making them look a little like support shoes. Could look better if they were more stylish. They are well made (so far). Time will if they stand up to use.

My mom and I both got this shoe and it is by far one of the most comfortable vionic shoes that we have ever owned . To me all of my vionics are comfortable but this one goes above and beyond comfortable . I have had to plantar fasciotomys done and after I started wearing vionics I have had no more symptoms. Ever pair including the enids I can wear all day and I am extremeky comfortable. By mom will be getting me the white pair for my birthday in December . My first Vionic pair, and I like them quite a bit! Wear a 9, got a 9, is a tiny bit snug, but wearable for sure. The support is very good & noticeable. Attractive and a bit more affordable than other support shoes. I'm buying another pair!

    • Arch Fit Great but Too Small
Size: 7 Color: Black
As always the Vionic shoe arch is great but these were really small. I wear a 6.5 in Skechers, 7 in Brooks, so ordered 7 in these since a trainer type shoe. Nope. Arch fit comfortable but shoe was short and tight. I wear a 6.5 in the Vionic slip on beach shoes and sandals. I think with the arch fitting so comfortable on the 7s that going up a size will change the placement. So, this is a no go. Going back to Brooks which has consistent sizing.. Wish these companies would get more control over their manufacturing. ... show more

Overall they seem like they will have decent support once broken in. I do find the shoes run short and you would probably be better off going up a half size. As for width to me the wide fit like a regular would fit. I need shoes for work so I'll keep them but they definitely aren't sized like my other vionics. ... show more
