The media could not be loaded. I purchased 3 rolls of the Opal 12’ long. The first of three rolls that I opened, it does ‘not‘ have the protective film on top of the vinyl, as mentioned in the listing. There are some small scuffs in the vinyl surface. My first cut on the Cricut Air 2, I had settings set to custom/premium outdoor vinyl and “more” pressure. I had one tiny snag upon weeding. I cut the handprint, “Jeep” emblem, “Dirty deeds” and “Dunder Jeep”. Applying the handprint around curves, I had to cut 4 relief cuts to fold over itself on the curves of the back of the mirror. “Jeep” and “Dirty Deeds” went on beautifully. “Dunder Jeep” was a large decal, with parts of the font being upwards of a 1” wide. That decal went on with a ton of bubbles that I could not push out. They were horrible looking, up close. You had to look very very close to see them. However, I was worried about the integrity of the decal longevity lasting with some of the bubbles being at the edge of the decal, which still wouldn’t push out. So I learned about the wet method/application of large decals, by watching videos from YouTube University. I made a second “Dunder Jeep” decal, and this one came out perfectly! It lays perfectly flat. My cricut settings for the second cut was custom/premium outdoor vinyl with ‘standard’ pressure. However, this time I did ‘not’ remove the vinyl from my Cricut, I sent the vinyl back through my cricut for a second cut. Warning, if you attempt to do a second cut, you ‘cannot’ remove the vinyl/mat from the machine. Overall, I am happy with the outcome. However, my decals have only been on for less than 24 hours, at this point of my review. Hopefully, these will last a long time, between adhesive and color/fading. If I notice either of these things beginning to happen too quickly, I will return to update my listing. Next project is to design and apply 5 large mandalas all over Dunder Jeep. One of those 5 will be applied to the vinyl tire cover. ... show more

    • Sticks Easily to Water Bottles

I got this to put my niece and nephews name on their water bottles. I however noticed way to late, that there is a film that needs to be removed before cutting. The tiny sticker was only on one sheet and it was not the one I was using, so I had to recut because I wasted the vinyl. I think the sticker could have been a little bigger or at least on all of the sheets so that way there is a better chance at someone finding it before cutting. ... show more

This vinyl made some amazing and eye catching graphics. I got many compliments on them but as time went on, the vinyl peeled off. Fortunately it left behind the holographic layer so the graphics are barely there until the sun catches them.

I have a circuit Cameo 4, and a friend of mine needed me to cut some vinyl for some cups for a bridal party. She wanted silver, and I've never cut silver before. I must say, it's almost exactly the same as cutting regular vinyl. I was a little nervous, and if I would have followed the directions the first time, would not have had a problem at all. It actually comes with a protective film over it to protect the silver from not getting damaged during shipment or preparing. All I did was cut it into a 12-inch square, remove the protective coating, put it on a light tech mat, and cut all seven names at one time. You do however have to be very careful when you're dealing with fine letters that when you take off the vinyl, you really should cut the individual names out first and remove the vinyl one name at a time. Very glad that I got this, and now I actually have extras laying around that I can use anytime I need. The best part about this is, it's stuck to the mugs, and on one of them, just to test it, I sprayed acrylic on it and I was able to put it in the dishwasher without a single problem. ... show more

So i have used vinyl frogs brand’s vinyl in the past so I know the quality is good but this color is more of a copper than champagne gold so I’ll be returning it. Disappointed with the color.
