This messenger bag replaced a backpack as the means of transporting a laptop and other items to work. It's already garnered several admiring comments, and I'm very pleased with its appearance and functionality. The strap is readily adjustable for my tall frame, and can range from shoulder/side to across the chest and work well in both configurations. My only question pertains to the series of creases on the leather wall under the main flap. I suspect that was the result of being transported under weight of other bags from the factory or in shipping to me, and perhaps they'll gradually work themselves out over time and use. Regardless, it adds a bit of "genuine" character that isn't visible at all when the bag is clipped shut, so no real concerns there. Fantastic messenger bag! This is also a very authentic messenger bag as it has quite a bit of weight to it. More than I expected when I initially picked it up. It feels like 100% leather with nothing else going on! Plenty of pockets and the shoulder strap that will fit. Most people. Also has a handle on top. When is closed. The top flap holds very securely and even has some slight adjustability to it. This bag is mostly for looks as it can't hold too much. A laptop and 1 to 1.5 inch of papers. What is there not to love about Traversible's Vintage, Genuine Leather Messenger/Satchel Bag?! Absolutely nothing because it's a high-quality bag that the company has obviously put a lot of thought and care into creating, but here's my favorite features of my new go-to bag: - There's a lot of room inside this bag and it perfectly holds my large portfolio that carries all my work documents, my Macbook Pro, iPad, and quite a few folders, without appearing bulky. - The leather used to create this bag is absolutely stunning! I recently got a new office job and was looking for a vintage bag where I could put important documents and my laptop. The Vintage genuine leather messenger bag is great for the office. My MacBook fits in perfectly and all my folders. I love the material and the look of it. The product is as expected and I recommend getting the brown dark color one. The biggest seller for this bag was the vintage look, it looks like it has been used for many years. It has the option to look like a vintage suitcase too. I prefer to use it by putting the strap on my shoulder and carrying it around as if it was a regular bag. I am super happy with this purchase. Decent size leather satchel, it has multiple compartments as well as a removable shoulder strap that’s long enough to crossbody. It’s a good size for a carry-on item for flying budget airlines.
