I purchased the 40 Hollow Paper Cut-outs with leaves, flowers, butterflies, and gates/windows. They are very beautiful but also extremely delicate. The packaging is lovely and they are triple bagged (quadruple if you count the shipping bag). But the last envelope that they are in is sized too small for the butterflies (see photo) & the windows. The butterflies more so. They look like they were literally crammed into the envelope. Every one of them had wings that were folded over, most of them were crimped like an accordion, some of the antennas were bent & twisted & a couple of them were actually torn. I didn't think to take photos until after I had unfolded the wings and tried to fix them a little. So the photos show what I'm left with to use, which I can't now. They are so bad that none of them (butterflies) are salvageable. And they are so delicate that I'm afraid if I mess with them anymore that they will tear where the creases are. You can see that the paper has weakened in these areas. I don't mind them being delicate because they are supposed to be that way. They just weren't handled the way they should have been. Also, I was short one leaf. I received 9 instead of 10. I was so excited to get them, now I'm just left with disappointment. ... show more
