This dress is perfectly comfy and casual. But it could easily be dressed up with a belt, short jacket and jewelry. It is too long for me, but since I am 4'11" , it's a problem I encounter regularly. I am going to cut off the excess and hem it with iron-on tape like stitch witchery. Works like a charm. I really love the vast array of colors and patterns to choose from. It was hard to pick. Apparently, I have good taste because I have spotted two other women at my church with the same dress! One was an adult and the other was a child. Which is cool, because then you can have mother-daughter matching dresses!

11/8/2019 .... update ~ received the size XL (same color) and the fit is perfect. Husband and I went on a 7-night cruise last week and I wore this dress one evening to dinner on a "dress up" night. With wedge heel (platform) snake print mules with a height of about 2-1/2" the length was also perfect!! If you're less than 5'8" by very much you might find this too long. The fabric is not see-through (in this color anyway). Also, if you're a larger busted (C-cup or larger) you *might* want to order one size up than your usual. Now I'm considering getting another dress but have to decide on the color. 😍 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Loved the color - Purple Grey. Fabric is very soft and would be very comfortable to wear. The fit is another thing .... I'm a little over 5'7", I wear size Large tops (12/14, 38D) so I ordered a size Large based on so many reviews stating that the dress ran big. The length will work with wedge or platform shoes ... something with a little height. The dress below the empire waistline is full and flowy. But from the empire waistline up, is another matter. I could get the dress on but it didn't fit properly. Way too tight in the bust, the shoulders, and sleeves. You could see the outline of my bra. I've returned the dress but have reordered a size XL. Hoping the next size up works because I really like the dress and the price is quite reasonable.

I love the fabric used on this maxi dress! It has just the right thickness and weight to the material to be comfortable and hang correctly! The stripes are also sewn correctly so none of them get cut off in the seam. Fits as expected. I would definitely buy another color!

This dress is cut and sewn in softest knit of an unusual, but beautiful combined color of purple & gray. It has large pockets and extra length you don't normally get. The pattern is generous, but unfortunately for me, still too small.

This is, overall, a nice dress. The material is comfortable and the fit is flattering. But holy moly, the elastic is the most uncomfortable elastic I've had on any article of clothing. It is stitched over but not covered with any fabric, and you can feel the edges pinching into you when you wear it. I purchased 2 of these dresses and it's the same in both, so it's definitely a design issue and not a manufacturing error. Really wish this wasn't the case, I only pick this one to wear for short time frames as opposed to a full day because of how uncomfortable it is. :(

I'm 5' 10" and am a very curvy woman. Bust is hard to fit, if waist is off I look much more 'lush' than I am, and finding a tall length is not easy. This soft, light and completely comfortable dress is perfect. I have two of the grey and just ordered one in the white, all XXL. I dress it up with slides with small heels, jewelry and an orange and yellow hair buff and I have gotten so many lovely compliments! Given my height and the fact that it still falls at my feet may make it a tad long for some. Can't wait to see how the white looks. I've read that it's more sheer but I'll figure that out. Great dress, great price! Highly recommend.
