The shoes seemed to fit true to size when I tried them on, but once I went in the water I noticed they were a half size too big. I recommend sizing down. The shoes are decent, especially for the price. They are slim and sleek. However if you're planning to use them for anything other than swimming I don't recommend. I went snorkeling and they were great in the ocean when I swam and walked on sand. But when I walked on rocks the shoes got tore up and we're not thick enough to protect my feet from the rocks without being uncomfortable. I recommend these shoes only for swimming. ... show more

Purchased 2 pairs of these for me and my daughter to take on a cruise. Made it easy to walk around the rocks and other areas. They are so lightweight and comfy to wear around the beach and the pool and they dry quick. Will definitely be packing these on all trips from now on.

I love these shoes! Brought them on a beach trip because I don't like stepping on on known critters, also the sand gets pretty hot. I felt invincible in these shoes! And while I love walking on the hard sand at low tide, my arches do start to ache. These shoes have a nice little cushion that fixes that issue. They fit like little hugs to the feet and are really cozy for walking around the bare floors of our beach hut. They do take a while to dry, but much faster in the sun (obviously). I'd suggest two pairs for beach, one for swimming and one for the house. ... show more

Updated review. So I wear a ladies 9.5 shoe. The second pair of these I ordered was 11-12, They were slightly longer than the original size. The way they are made the heal really doesn't go all the way to back edge because the upper edge of shoe is further in. Sadly my big toe nail was pressed on despite them being slightly longer. I was very disappointed because they were perfect to wear around the house versus going barefoot. Great concept but didn't work for me. Hi, Well the concept of these is great and the price is right. That being said they run very short. I wear a ladies 9 1/2 shoe and I ordered the 9 1/2- 10 size. They fit with exception is my big toenail was rubbing the very front edge. I went ahead and ordered the next size larger 11-12 and they are slightly a little bit longer but still have the slight pressure on my big toe which in the past in any shoe would cause the nail to lift. I have ordered another pair in the exact same size because there is slight variation on each shoe regardless of the size. I purchased these specifically because being older now and like to walk around my house barefoot I have dislocated my baby toe now 5 times running my foot into objects which is extremely painful. The fact that these are like barefoot but protecting and keeping your toes together, light weight with a tread on the bottom to go outside in your yard or driveway they can't be beat. I recommend these but suggest buying several pair and return the pair that doesn't fit. For people with wide feet these do run wide but there is alot of stretch. They serve my purpose for what I wanted its just getting the length correct is the challenge but if you don't want your large toenail rubbing on the edge you definitely want to size up more ! Got these for our annual Hawaii trip. For years I would grin and bear the rocky sand. Not any more. These are so easy to travel with. Feel like socks but are durable. Slip on easy wet or dry. Sand rinses right off.
