Excellent monitor for its price (ofert), after bad experiences with 2 monitors of a certain brand that I will not say and that I returned, this ViewSonic was on sale and I had heard good comments about this brand, and I must say that it is a very good monitor, vibrant colors without pixels dead there is no light bleeding as had happened to me with the other brand of monitors that I returned, and despite the fact that it was an international shipment with good delivery times and with its security seals, if I had to find something negative it would be the sound it brings and that You can only adjust the tilt a little and the viewing angles are not very good, but both things have an easy solution, I come from a 24 and 75hz monitor and the jump to this monitor is too noticeable, we have to wait as it continues to work, but So far it's a very good buy. ... show more

I haven't had a ViewSonic monitor since my dad gave me one with my first computer when I was a kid around 2005 and it was used CRT. Before this one I was using a 24 inch HP 1080p 60hz monitor and I was looking for something a bit bigger with better specs that didn't break the bank or have too much of that "gamer" look to it but this one seemed to fit my needs. The picture is very smooth and crisp of course with the refresh rate and resolution but it also has good color. I found my old HP monitor looked a bit washed out at times even with its IPS panel and color settings tweeked. There're a decent amount of settings to really tune it to your liking if that's your thing but all I did was turn the brightness up a bit since I like a brighter screen without affecting the backlight bleed too much. I haven't tested the speakers since I have a pair of Klipsch Promedias but I imagine they're just alright and will get the job done. Thickness of the monitor seems average but I don't have much to compare it to so you'll have to be the judge of that. The only games I really play are The Sims, Boarderlands and GTA 5 and they all look great on this thing. I set mine up with the Vivo adjustable desk mount instead of using the stand that came with the monitor to save some space on my desk. I paid $279 for mine in March and it wasn't on sale then so if you're thinking about buying a monitor then do it soon before prices continue to rise or stock becomes scarce like graphics cards. ... show more

Works great with xbox series X1440p 120HZ. AMD freesync premium compatible for variable refresh rate. Great picture quality. Gets bright enough I never use it at 100%. Build feels decent. Speakers pretty good for listening to spoken voice but no significant dynamic range, doesn’t matter if you use a headset. Would recommend for the price. ... show more

I have used my ViewSonic "VX2768-2KP-MHD 27 Inch Frameless WQHD 1440p 144Hz 1ms" for a little over a month. I went to this monitor from a long-owned Asus VG248QE 23in 1920x1080P 144hz 1ms panel that I had owned since January 2015. The picture looks very vibrant and beautiful at stock settings, although I'm still trying to find a model specific tweak guide to get the best picture out of the monitor. I wonder if I can use the VX2758 tweak guide? Compared to my old monitor I want to say the response times are noticeably worse than my previous monitor. However the old screen looked very washed out compared to this one, so they really they trade blows with each other, and you get what you pay for paying only 280$ for a 27in 144hz 1440P screen. I have also heard this monitors response times work best when actually running at 144fps, so obtaining this monitor during a graphics card shortage doesn't help as I really do not have hardware that can push this screen to its fullest potential. I know this review may sound rather bittersweet, but Its nothing against the monitor, compared to others I have seen even 70$ more than it, i'm still very impressed. We are simply hitting the limitations of LCD technology, so until pc OLEDs and Microleds are mass produced, this monitor is really well priced. Overall, for the price, the ViewSonic monitor is great. It arrived with no dead pixels. The physical setup was easy. It was equally easy setting the refresh rate to 144hz. The color is a bit over saturated but for those who like it, particularly for competitive games like CSGO and Valorant, may enjoy this feature. As an IPS panel, the colors have good coverage but not enough for color accurate work. The viewing angles are fantastic but I use it as a secondary monitor, so my viewing angle is not extreme. I bought this when I started working remotely, and I've never had any issue with it since it's installation. Been running 2 of these for about 2 months now, I like them. Built in speakers are a bit weak, but I have head phones and my own speakers, so non-issue for me. No dead pixels thus far, no real problems at all. Good stuff! I use them for gaming, movies, general internet F'ery. 1440p dual monitor setup, gaming on one and anything else on the other. Haven't noticed any ghosting.. though I don't play the most modern games, and the backlight bleed isn't perfect but it's not too bad either.. of course I could be biased due to my previous monitor being worse than I thought.. I can now bully Redditors in a higher resolution than I ever have before. ... show more
