for a wide screen 1440p this looks great and does a great job for gaming. bought for more space to do work on screen but also to game.at 144hz it handles games great had no issues playing COD,Cyperpunk or Battlefield 2042 looks good and runs smooth but make sure you have a good GPU to handle this resolution I have a RTX 3080 so this card can handle this monitor at 3440 x 1440 resolution. speakers are fine but have a soundbar so don't use them. even do ViewSonic has the Elite series monitors that cost way more then the Omni series is cheaper but this gets the job done. colors look good had no issues with ghosting games run great also the brightness is good have no issues. using a stand so not using the stand that came with it supports 100 x 100 vesa no issues. first one i order had bad light bleed around the screen and 4 dead pixels second one was excellent very minimal light bleed and only one dead pixel but its in the corner can barely see it specially how big this screen is unless your look for it you might not find one.im very picky so i test my displays so that's a issue when buying monitors so keep in mind. overall this can handle gaming just fine with out spending too much im happy.. ... show more

    • The Only Monitor You Will Need
To keep this simple, this monitor is perfect for gaming, entertainment, and most importantly, work. With its 144hz refresh rate (which is achieved via 1.2 display port only), it is exactly what I need for those days when I decide to game. When it comes to work, having 34 inches (corner to corner, 21:9 aspect ratio) of ultra wide real estate became necessary for my line of work (IT Support); it must be pointed out that there are virtually no blind spots when looking at this monitor from different angles, which is perfect for clarity when it comes to moving around a lot. I should warn that I am not an expert when it comes to colorspace, however I find no issues with the colors of the monitor either; although, I'm sure others may find that there could be a greater degree of color to fill. Overall my only gripe is that there is no option (at the least I’m aware of, searched for an answer, found none) for supporting side-by-side display for two sources; or at the very least, PIP. I really would like to be able to have my personal computer running next to my work computer when at work. I don’t think this is the biggest deal, and definitely not a reason to give the monitor less than five stars. Just a feature I missed out on.     • Vibrant color display, sturdy stand and quality components!
I bought this monitor over 2 years ago on Amazon. Unboxing, attaching the stand, and fine tuning the display settings were all done in less than 10 minutes. The monitors quality is just as good now as it was when I first bought it. Vibrant color display and VERY sturdy stand. The one thing I don't like about the set is the stands adjustment functions. You can't raise the monitor more than 4 inches and it doesn't have a wide tilt ability, only minimal. But to me, for the price and quality, not a deal breaker. I took my time researching curved display monitors under $400.00 and I am very glad I chose this one. ... show more

    • BEFORE BUYING READ THIS
This monitor is a good budget monitor that has similar specs and features to others in a higher price range. I have been running this monitor for almost a year now and haven't had any issues of dead pixels or any quality control issues pop up yet. This is an ultra wide so you must have a decent rig to run this setup around a 3070 or higher for modern gaming at least in 2025. There are some things to note before you buy this monitor. The specs show to run 180hz and other features it requires the use of display port 1.4. However what it does not tell you is that the monitor comes with a display port 1.2 HBR2 certified cable. I had to figure this out by comparing and looking at the specs and user guide from their website. So if you are buying this monitor make sure to get a HBR3 certified display port 1.4 cable. This also allows more settings to be used in conjunction in the monitor as well. The 1ms response time feature is done by a feature called "Motion Picture Response Time" (MPRT) feature to achieve that fast response time. This means that the normal brightness levels you'll notice won't be as bright when playing a game yet a positive is that you won't see any blurriness or minimal ghosting in my tests. This means that you cannot use 1ms while using hdr10 which brings me to my next point. HDR10 on this monitor is really good especially on high contrast scenes. although you will rarely notice the difference or improvement in colors but will notice in brightness and contrast. like I said you cannot use the 1ms and hdr at the same time. Another quirk for this monitor is to use it in the color space YUV and not RGB. YUV is a better color space mainly used by modern graphics cards. my rig to get a idea of performance is a ryzen 5900x, evga ftw3 3080, 64gb of ram, and gen 4/5 m.2 drives. In call of duty black ops 6 high settings with dlss on I get 115-123 FPS. In final fantasy 7 remake intergrade i hit the cap of 144fps, final fantasy 16 i get around 60-125 with dlss on. spiderman 2 100-135 fps consistent with dlss on, and the last game i tested is fort nite which i get around 90fps without dlss on. I bring up the frames of games because when using 1ms response time mode its very codependent with the framerate of a game so your mileage might vary from what I noticed. The setup is incredibly easy and a really great budget monitor. I would recommend this for if you want to upgrade from an older monitor. Just remember to have a decent rig by a HBR3 diplay port 1.4 cable, and to read the user manual for weird quirks. ... show more
