My story: I have bunions, and due to walking a lot these past 3 years, I started developing pain. Decided to try barefoot shoes. Worked wonderfully. If I stick to five-toes-shoes, pain disappears over a couple of days. (Along with ‘Yoga gems”, toe separators worn in the morning while working at my desk.) 1. I got the Vibram KSO, they completely fell apart after 3 months. I preferred the ‘feel’ of those shoes, however, after some back and forth, I got a full refund, and instead went with these. 2. These have held up great. I’m usually a size 8 - 8.5 if I allow for some space for my bunions. I had to pick between 8 or 9. I went with a 9, and am happy I did. They fit well, easy to put on, and no pressure on my bunion. Very happy with these. No pain from my worst (right-foot) bunion if I wear these consistently. They only factor preventing me from wearing them at all times has been that they get wet right away, not good for my feet. So, I’m ordering a second pair, so they can dry in-between use. I was excited to try these but unfortunately they don't have wide width. It was a struggle trying to get these on, and they were too tight obviously. Quality seems really good. Too bad, have to return them 😞

Loved the material, more rigid and durable and yet flexible enough for stretching and performing all kinds of exercises at the gym. I normally use 8 1/2, but sized up to 8 1/2 to 9, and I’m so glad I did, fits just fine and I’m able to freely flex my toes without any pain or discomfort.

these are a little hard to put on especially with 5 toe socks on. I imagine that that will improve as I get the hang of getting them on. But they are comfortable and washable. These are my go-to shoes for working out.
