My story: I have bunions, and due to walking a lot these past 3 years, I started developing pain. Decided to try barefoot shoes. Worked wonderfully. If I stick to five-toes-shoes, pain disappears over a couple of days. (Along with ‘Yoga gems”, toe separators worn in the morning while working at my desk.) 1. I got the Vibram KSO, they completely fell apart after 3 months. I preferred the ‘feel’ of those shoes, however, after some back and forth, I got a full refund, and instead went with these. 2. These have held up great. I’m usually a size 8 - 8.5 if I allow for some space for my bunions. I had to pick between 8 or 9. I went with a 9, and am happy I did. They fit well, easy to put on, and no pressure on my bunion. Very happy with these. No pain from my worst (right-foot) bunion if I wear these consistently. They only factor preventing me from wearing them at all times has been that they get wet right away, not good for my feet. So, I’m ordering a second pair, so they can dry in-between use. These are amazing!! Definitely measure your foot per their guide. I'm typically a 6.5 to 7 and got the 7 to 7.5 and they fit just right. So glad I could find the style I wanted as no stores around me have it!

I wear a 6.5 shoe. I had to return the 6.5-7 size for a 7-7.5 size. Even that one is a bit snug, but I'm hoping it'll stretch out a bit. I think 7.5-8 would be perfect, but I'm not uncomfortable enough to do another exchange. I'll just order that size on my next pair. I love the tread on these and feel like they won't tear up if I wear them outside. The area around the ankle is cushioned nicely. The fabric over the toes is light and stretchy. ... show more

Received April 29th..wore for two weeks at work very comfortable even on concrete for 16 hours. That being said I wore them for a run for the first time, on a paved/gravel path only to end up with a hole in the sole and netting of the big toe of the left shoe.

Loved the material, more rigid and durable and yet flexible enough for stretching and performing all kinds of exercises at the gym. I normally use 8 1/2, but sized up to 8 1/2 to 9, and I’m so glad I did, fits just fine and I’m able to freely flex my toes without any pain or discomfort.

    • Vibram is the only shoe to wear unless you have to wear fancy dress shoes.

I used my Vibram shoes everyday unless it's raining or I must dress up. I used them in the gym, riding my bicycle playing pickleball which I love to do, also when going shopping or anywhere that I must do a lot of walking. I know Vibram is the healthiest thing you can do for you feet & your entire body, walk the way Nature intended but with protection on the bottoms of your feet, it feels like going barefoot with protection. They are a little hard to get on when new but loosen up later. ... show more
