Let's just say that I was very hesitant to order this. I'm so glad I did. It works so much better and with less pain. Yes, I said LESS pain. It does hurt, especially in sensitive areas like the upper lip, but works great. I'm so hooked. I use it daily in small doses. It does cause some redness, but that quickly goes away. My husband, not the same "torture device guy", even loves this. That really surprised me. I Highly recommend this.

Epilators have a bit of a learning curve to ensure you are pulling the hair out from the root vs breaking it off. This has always been a struggle for me but I decided to give it another go. I went much slower. I exfoliated the day before. I exfoliated with a glycolic acid toner every single day after using. And that was the best experience I have ever had with an epilator in my life. I went almost a whole month before I started seeing re-growth and for the first time I only had a few small ingrown hairs (previous experiences were much more painful with a LOT of ingrown hairs). The second time I used this I tried to go a little faster and I used a different lotion every day that was supposed to be exfoliating and I had a very painful re-growth period with a lot of ingrown hairs. So, my takeaway is this.. This thing works 100% like it is supposed to.. You have to be patient and go slow and hold it at the right angle so that it is pulling the hair out from the root. If you are prone to ingrown hairs, try a glycolic toner because that was life-changing for me and I will never veer from that again! Overall, I am really glad that I have given this another shot and would highly recommend this epilator. It's a great value at the price point.

This epilator is super effective at removing hair. I've never used a device like this, but I don't think I'll ever go back. It has two speeds to facilitate quick hair removal in any area of the body. There is some minor pain as the hair is plucked, but you can't really argue with the results. I found it's best to use a few days before you plan on showing off your legs or other hairless bits, as it does cause some visible irritation and pinprick bleeding if your skin is sensitive like mine.

I had never tried an epilator before am impressed with this one. It felt strange at first but once I got used to it, it felt much like an electric razor & effectively removed the hair from my legs, leaving them feeling quite smooth. I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

This epilator was a total letdown. I tried using it on my long leg hair and it did absolutely nothing. Gave it another shot on the other leg after trimming a bit, and it barely pulled a few hairs. It definitely did not do what it’s marketed to do. Super frustrating and honestly just a waste of time.

It took a little bit of psyching myself to try this epilator because it does look scary in person when you've never used one before. I read the instructions and tried it and it felt and made sounds like it was working, but it appears like it was great at pulling the hair but doesn't have enough grip to effectively pull the hair up completely. I tried every angle and speed I could think of hoping for a different result. While it was successful on some hairs, it left way more on the skin. I went to how to videos online to see if there was something I was missing. I made sure to exfoliate, use it right after a hot shower, didn't use any oils or lotions, the whole prep process. I followed the speed and went against the hair growth and was a little more successful, but again it still left more hair on my legs than it ever pulled. You could definitely tell the irritation around the hair follicles that were pulled but it didn't lift the hair out. For me, it was less painful than waxing but to spend an hour trying to make it look like I shaved even two strips below my knee and to have it look like I hadn't shaved at all, it wasn't worth it. On the plus side, it doesn't pinch or grab my skin and the battery did last through all my testing.

It arrives charged and ready to use. The Epilator includes a cleaning brush and charging cord. It would be nice if it came with a storage case. The design of the Epilator is very attractive. It would make a nice gift.
