They work great! As a matter of fact, I have to catch my ramp so it doesn’t slam! I just tap it with my toe and up it comes! Install was easy! You may have to cut off the bolts or buy the right size for your application. I guess if you have a tube/pipe top trailer, they may work great! Mine have been on about two months and no complaints yet!

Installed on my utility trailer and works great , my gate weighs over 350lbs and still is very easy to lift! Side note my box came with 1/2 of the nuts & bolts and retainer clips, had to use my own rather than wait for the shipped parts! Overall very pleasant experience and would recommend the product! 4stars due to missing parts only!

Before I bought the ramp assist from Vevor, I bought one from another company and paid more. The first time I ordered one from the other company had missing parts. After sending the first one back, the second one came. It installed fine and the cable broke the first time we lowered the ramp! Sent that back and still waiting on the refund. Then I found the lift assist from Vevor, when it arrived, I was amazed. The bolts were bigger, the rollers were stronger, the cable was plastic coated and the I structure book was in color opposed to a black and white piece of single paper. I installed to Vevor ramp assist and I couldn't be happier.
