Lucky I started in an unseen area. May be I just received a bad one, it didn't even want to prime water and that included using the pin to push the valve as suggested in the paperwork provided. IN order to get it to prime I had my wife pour water over the filter as I held it above the machine; that worked. after spraying water for a little bit I switched to a brand new can of just shaken one coat paint and primer $80 dollars a gallon. It started spraying fine adjusted the fan width and I was off. Sprayed for a little bit then started sputtering and nothing like paint trails on your siding, As I said good thing I started where it would hardly be seen. ... show more

I gave it a 5star but you need to know how to spray, my paint job was a mess blame it on the user,its good if the area your painting is empty nothing to trip on or back into i had both,over all instructions are good you need to practice and get the feel of it,the little machine works,and the price was cheaper then the other brands,i ended up keeping the little guy for future projects. ... show more
