I never write reviews but had to after I finally got this nightmare all together. In the process I discovered missing about 8 screws, the slide is too short, and one of the support arrived broken. The wood seems good and would have been a great product unfortunately it’s just not. The directions are also slightly unclear. So if you’re a person who needs things written out this is not for you. Luckily I got a refund through Amazon but I would say it’s probably worth spending a little extra money for something that can be trusted.

We bought this for our autistic grandson. Went together quickly. Made a few adjustments like securing the swing so the rope doesn't move and adding skid resistant tape so it doesn't slide out from under him while trying to get on it.

The product itself is pretty sturdy and good quality but it arrived with not enough screws and bolts and 2 missing rods and the slide does not reach the bar so when my kids slide down it they ram right into the pole. And when I emailed with these concerns I got no reply. So definitely a safety concern and poor customer service

So the first one had couple doubles of pieces and missing others which made it impossible to complete. Second one had similar issues. Was able to modify and combine both to make it work. Amazon gave me money off and took one of them back for full return. Slide is too short if used like in picture but just connect it to the front. Overall it's not too bad, kids should have fun in the winter and rainy days. If you're handy the flaws can easily be remedied.

There were missing screws, pieces did not line up, all of that was fixable. The slide is completely too short. To place it any other way is unusable and unsafe because of the way the walls are angled. Don't waste your money, buy a different item.

The pictures and the directions do not match. We were short 8 screws . The slide is supposed to go across the main body but it was too short, therefore our child's feet have nowhere to land at the bottom of the slide except on a wooden bar.

I counted all the pieces before I started… then I got going and realized that the package comes with 52 of screw 1 but the instructions call for 58 of them but you actually need 62 of them because there is 2 extra pieces for part N. While I was counting pieces I noticed that part Q was cracked at the head. There is supposed to be 9 of part W but there is 8. Doesn’t matter though because you can’t even screw them all the way in because the screw doesn’t catch when you add the part. Additionally the instructions are not clear at all and there are no words to help make it clearer.
