This window showed up and was separated at the corners. So much so that it would not close inside the frame. I had to glue it together and put screws in it so it would close. It's out of square and the latch will only hold on one side. Either it's not good quality or the shipping was hard on it. The box was in good shape so I'm not convinced it was shipping damage. Disappointed for how much it cost.

This was pretty easy to install. I like the idea of it but it’s not the greatest of quality. In fact it’s a little fragile. The “door” is not aluminum which I guess I assumed it would be. It is like a cheap plastic fiber and cracked it just in handling after unboxing. I really should’ve know it would be built cheap when you’re not spending a lot of money. Made it work but just feel it’s a like janky. The hydraulic rams are wicked awesome. You open it and it’s staying up! Wind won’t mess with it!

The media could not be loaded. Seems like a decent quality window but once I installed it I noticed I had water spots inside my trailer. I couldn't figure out where the leaking was coming from cuz I sealed it very well. Come to find out it's leaking around the gasket that comes on the window. Now the seller wants me to jump through hoops to try to prove it to them that's leaking. Not to mention the same seller I ordered a concession Hood from and it's been over two weeks and still hasn't arrived they keep delaying it.
