I bought and had it shipped to my trailer manufacturer for them to install when building my food trailer. Very well made, no complaints except for they must have thrown out the little locking keys when the installed it. Looks nice, sturdy and would recommend this to anyone needing a quality window.

Very pork product.. I will adjust this vevor. Purchase the 36 by 24 window period two of them. I had glass put in so my small window ran out before I could return them. Anyways the shocks are extremely strong way too strong for these windows it puts a lot of pressure on the handle. After about 10 uses one window totally had the screws pop out. When I took it apart they had a total of four screw holes per handle two on each side right left. But the only had one screw on each side for a total of two. Furthermore these screws were horrendous they should have used bolted not on the back. Instead they used self-tappy. This is idiotic because of self tapping screw will work its way out especially with the amount of pressure that the gas shocks use for these windows. Needless to say after 10 uses the handle came completely apart the window is useless. The other window I haven't even opened it more than twice and it is loose so I can only assume that it came loose. I hope that the war will correct this issue and fix my windows at which point I will remove this. But if I were you I would not install this window until they correct this issue.. I would not purchase it it is going to cost you more to correct the issue if they don't.

Very good window - well packaged. Did have one corner that was slightly bent but was easily straightened out. Dimensions in the diagram are wrong. I purchased the 3' x 3' which the diagram showed as the dimension of the outer "nailing" flange but 36 x 36 is actually the size of the inner window frame. So you'll need at least a 36.25" x 36.25" opening to mount it. If it had been the dimensions shown, I would have only had to cut out one steel bar in the trailer to get it to fit. Since it was bigger, I had to cut 3 and do a bunch of extra welding to fit it into my trailer. Been using it for several weeks now and it does work perfectly and looks good. Window panel in it seems to be some sort of plastic or polycarbonate.

I ordered these to use as egress windows for a basement, not for a food truck service window. I was shopping for cheap price only. The windows had to have a minimum opening size and true egress windows were in the $500.00 to $800.00 range. I was amazed at the quality when I received them. Extremely well made and durable. They have been installed and function flawlessly. Jim
