We got this to give our newly rescued, energetic, young cat another outlet for his boundless energy. Hoping too that it may help him to stop antagonizing our senior cat so much. (pouncing on him trying to get him to play) It's relatively easy to put together. Just take time to really look at the pictures on the instuctions and identify all the different parts and what-goes-where. I'd also suggest you unpack and separate all the parts into piles/stacks of like-parts. Also...if you have a power drill/driver it's going to be WAY easier and quicker. Driving that many screws with just a manual one, (like the one provided) is going take forever and be really hard on your hand. Oh...the instructions warn that the edges can be sharp. I was like "pffft...they're not sharp. I don't need the gloves" Well, yeah...they can be sharp if it slides through your hand the right way, and I cut my finger, so be aware. I still found wearing the gloves to be impractical, and finished the project without them, or any further injury but, just be careful. I did sand the edges once it was all assembled. I started showing our boy how to use it last night. (Using the feather teaser toy) It spins very smoothly and quietly and he didn't seem to be worried by the movement at all. He's only ran on it for a few seconds at a time so far, but I think it'll be a hit once he gets the hang of it. I definitely recommend. ... show more

I was first looking for a smaller wheel and one that was quiet. I choose this one because it advertised it was quiet and the dimensions were smaller. The assembly wasn't to difficult even though the instructions were useless. It did take a few hours though. My kittens watched the whole assembly and after I got the carpet installed and put the wheel down on the floor they were very interested in what it was. I started showing them how to spin it around by walking on the inside and they both picked it up very quickly. They're playing on it now as I'm writing this. I'm happy that they like it. It isn't silent but I can live with it. It's quiet enough I believe. I took a bunch of fun videos of them watching me build it and of them learning how to use it. ... show more

Was a great purchase my cats love it well I should say some of my cats love it. The only thing I can say bad about it is you have to be careful when assembling it is made a particleboard and-one piece broke as I was trying to flip it over but it was a piece that didn’t affect the performance. It was its stable rolls great great value for the money and seems to be very stable and sturdy rolls perfectly and it’s great if you have a larger taller cat so they can really stretch out their legs since it is the 52 inch high model. It was actually a little bigger than I was picturing. I included a video the first time my cat got on it. He was unsure, but he figured it out. I was trying to coax another cat of mine on it, she wasn’t having it at the time. ... show more

Day 1 my kitten is already using it 🥹 my older cat (around 5/6) really has no interest in it, as i suspected because she's usually pretty timid when it comes to trying new things, but she did get on it for a few seconds so there's hope! i mostly got it for him to burn energy because he's mentally insane but if i can get both of them to use it it's a bonus. i got the biggest one and had to recruit my boyfriend to help put it together, and it still took us almost 2 hrs because of all the little parts and pieces and the instructions weren't the most descriptive 😅 overall though the setup wasn't bad, i labelled everything out of the box which definitely helped speed up the process, and we did use a power drill but ended up with 2 stripped nails due to user error. if you will use a power drill go SLOW, which may already be common sense to most, but it wasn’t to me 🤣 they do give you extras of all the screws which was nice. the wheel itself is very large, not necessarily a bad thing i just didn't realize just how big it would be, all the parts took up almost the entire living room as we were building. the wheel is also pretty quiet, i found other reviews comparing it to thunder to be pretty spot-on. it sounds like a quiet rumble, nothing i would lose sleep over if they happened to want to get their steps in while I'm in REM. overall i would definitely recommend if you have at least one cat that constantly gets the zoomies and you're looking for a way to get them to burn energy without tearing your place apart!! ... show more

It's very rare for me to give an item less than 5 stars, let alone 1 star. Honestly, it's not so much the product's fault, as the company's fault that I'm giving it such a low score. STORY TIME! It arrived in a large heavy box, of course in a million pieces (mind you, I have no problem doing an assembly project, that's not the problem). so, I began assembling it, got the base built, the 3 sets of panels put together, and then i ran into a problem. You see, to connect the three parts of the wheel together, it should have 3 connector panels that have 2 holes rather than the single hole. I did not receives those connector panels, and instead just received 3 more normal panels. So, I reached out to the company. They were very responsive, asked for pictures of what i was talking about (i obliged) they told they needed to order the parts, and they were sending me regular emails to keep me updated on the progress of my parts. I thought that was great! Finally they said they shipped. Then, not even 2 days later, they claimed "The parts were lost in shipping, we are unable to fulfill your request, go through amazon to request a refund". I honestly think they didn't even bother shipping the parts to begin with and just wasted my time before saying "lol go kick rocks". So, I go to amazon. Of course, I know what they're going to say already, "return the item for a refund." mind you, this thing is partially assembled in my dining room, box is torn up, parts all over. I try to explain to the amazon support person. "It's half assembled, the box isn't useable, I don't have a box to put it in, it's also not exactly light and i'm a 5'5" woman with floppy little arms. Hauling this thing to a drop off point is quite literally not feasible for me. Well, they say "the best we can do is 20% refund"....I had no other option but to accept that. making it out be less than $20 back from an almost $100 item. Luckily enough, I have a drill with bits, and nothing better to do with this freakin thing than make it work myself... Thus, I drilled the new holes (though not perfect, the MDF boards aren't very nice and liked splitting where i was drilling.), Finished assembling it. And now it is complete, no thanks to Amazon or VEVOR. As for the actual item's review: After my assembly turned DIY woodworking project was finished. I'm still not completely sure what I think about it. It's definitely big enough for my fat cat and the kitten. Instructions were.....well single pictures per step but i mean, with a little inferring it wasn't awful to figure out. Assembly wasn't too bad, even with the complete fiasco of having the wrong panels and jerry rigging them myself. At first i thought it would be flimsy, but there are mini panels that hold the three pieces of the loop together quite well. It wobbles EVER so slightly if spun from the top. My biggest fear though is that they might get their paws stuck in the tiny gap between the base and the wheel itself. It is very small, but I could see a toe or paw slipping in the crack and getting hurt. It does come with a little locking mechanism to keep if from spinning if you don't want it to. I will probably keep it locked if i'm not in the area to keep an eye on the cats if they choose to use it. Whether they will use it or not is a totally seperate question of it's own. Hopefully other's have had better luck than me with receiving the right parts. But my experience has taught me to steer clear of the company from now on. ... show more

My kitten had one a way smaller wheel, soI got this when he grew out of it. It is very, very, large! He can now stretch out on it. He runs sometimes, but he arms to think it's a two part treat dispenser, and that I'm the second part. I've never seen or heard him use it without me there, too. He does seem to enjoy it, though. The directions recommend having two people to put it together. That would've been so much easier, but I was able to do it. It is made out of very cheap press board, so there is a real risk of the whole thing cracking if it's lifted the wrong way, and it did crack a bit even though I was being very careful. It is somwhat stable after it's out together completely, but not a screw before. It is not good wood or solid wood like they claim. My kitten is only one year old, but it's good for any size cat. ... show more

The product is ok. Louder then I would like it to be, the rollers are small and not as good as I wish they were. Wood is pressed wood not actual wood. Over all ok, but I don't think the item is worth what they advertise on the web sight.

Got mine today, assembly took a little longer than it should have, but I took my time, very easy to follow instructions, all parts were well packaged in the box, and aligning parts was simple, everything lined up perfectly. You'll find final assembly easier, if you roll the rug up tightly for an hour or so, this will shape it for being in the wheel and take any kinks out. My two have explored it, in fact one is sleeping in it right now, so they're not afraid of it, I baited it with catnip. I ordered the extra large, this thing is huge. So consider space, and look at the measurements before you order. Overall, a high quality product ,very well designed, and very quiet. ... show more
