Upon opening the box I found what appeared to be a potentially good product. There were only a few items that needed assembly. There were no clear instructions on how to assemble the pieces. i.e. Use screw A to attach the support piece to the main cutter, etc. No close up pictures to show how/where to attach the accessories. The square tubing that is supposed to work as the alignment fence did not have holes drilled in the appropriate locations so it could be secured to the table to allow for cutting with any degree of accuracy. The main cutter housing was not level on the ground and wobbled more than I felt was acceptable. When I tried to check all the screws for tightness, several were already stripped. Most were on tight but several were barely finger tight. They didn't provide the correct size allen wrench to complete the assembly. I was able to find one at my house which isn't a big deal. However, it's just another example of so many things just not being correct. The support arm was a quarter inch lower than the base of the cutter which didn't help the wobble at all. The cutting blade is supposed to rest on a rubber piece that is held in place with a metal plate. The outer corner of the blade was off center and was already set in place and cutting into the metal plate. The instructions show the feed ramp with the angle mount closest to the blade but then shows it turned around and mounted the other way. Due to the square tubing/fence not having the correct holes drilled (several which were off center) it was out to know which way was correct. I contacted Vevor for assistance and they told me it could be one to two days to hear back from someone. At this point I'm going to return it. There are too many issues for me to feel like the whole thing is worth trying to repair on my own and have it function correctly. Maybe I got a damaged returned item or something? Very disappointing and it ruined a couple days of working on the floor.

So I haven't got into my project yet but I have tested it out on a few scrap pieces of laminate and it works to a point. It has a very thick blade almost a 1/4 inch wide. So the blade doesn't cut thru the laminate it pushes/forces out a piece the width of the blade. Because of that it's not a clean cut and has a tendency to break off part of the tongue or groove. I think that will be covered by the edge molding but still poor design, definitely getting what you pay for. My laminate is only 6mil wouldn't want to go much thicker than that.

Absolute garbage. Busts the flooring apart more than cutting it. I must have completely missed the rating on this thing because I never would have ordered it. The blade was also in bad shape when I received it, so I’m fairly certain I received one of the returned units. It’s truly horrible and costs money to return. Just don’t buy it.🤷🏻♂️

Worked well for LVP flooring. Mine was the thicker flooring and it still cut it with alittle force. Though I think it would work better with a razor knife instead of a serrated blade.

The customer service is not good. I do not recommend this product to anyone. I had the wrong size parts in the kit and they kept messing with me to get the right equipment. I do not recommend this product.
