I've tried so many bags over the years I can't count them all. Each one always had something lacking. I'm an admitted organizing geek, so keep that in mind. I wrestled with the high price, but after using it for a few weeks, I'm completely sold on it. First of all, like so many others have mentioned, it's extremely well-made and rugged. The quality is simply top of the market. It's amazing how many tools can be loaded into this thing, and everything is visible and quick to access. The size of this bag is perfect. Too many times in the past I've had bags that got so packed up with tools, they were too big and heavy to carry, or sized too small to carry all the essentials. I have this Veto bag loaded with a lot of Wera and Knipex tools and it handles both brands perfectly. After using this bag for a while now, I've continued to notice subtle details and clever design elements that are extremely well-thought out, and would go unoticed until actually using the bag. It may not be the perfect bag for everyone, but I've become a Veto fan boy. It's unlikely I'll entertain any other brand. The price is worth it if it’s the last bag you ever need to buy. I’m an electrician and I use it daily. It’s very well-made and I think it will last for many years. If it were big enough, I’d trust it to use as a bomb shelter

The blackout model seem to have come with an extra insert for more pockets. Its the reason I chose it over the original. I used a klein square bag for some time which i really liked for ease of access and organization which has many pockets as well. This one is dressier, sturdies and a little longer. From the huge amount of space to the build quality, this tote is worth every cent. The swappable panels means this tote can be whatever I need it to be. It's comfortable to carry and actually feels lighter than my previous Milwaukee tote with the same tools in it. I think due to the ergonomics of the handle. If you're looking at a Veto, buy it.
