These are cute, stylish, and comfortable. Like most new shoes, they feel snug at first, but unlike others, they actually loosen up quite a bit with wear. They don’t stay true to size. I’m normally a 10, but after two times wearing these they started slipping off as I walked. The front is also a little wide, which adds to the loose fit. This loafer surpassed my expectations. Easy slip on and off. I have a wide foot and I did not have to break the shoes in. I like the bone color and contrast trim of the sole and the style of the lug heel. The toe area is roomy, but I'll admit that I have short stubby Flintstones toes. My toes rarely meet the top of any of my shoes. They are comfortable although I have yet to wear them out. I read other reviews stating something about creasing, but I don't know if the shoe will do that. I doubt that I'll need to wear these everyday. I recommend this shoe based on my trying them on. Revision: The gold clasp across the top was broken after removing tissue wrapped around it as shown on the photo. I also included a photo of the one that wasn't broken. I planned to wear them today, but after removing the tissue, I noticed the right shoe was broken. I will return and repurchase because they were what I was looking for. These are super cute for the current trend that’s in season. They are the perfect look. The cushion is comfortable, the body and back heel does rub the wrong way after a long time and I’m waiting for the material to soften and wear in but it hasn’t yet. The right shoe hurts to wear because the inner bottom sole has been placed farther to the right and comes up on the side, digging into my toes and pushing them together. This makes the shoe unwearable. This defect is only present on the right shoe. The left shoe is fine, fits and looks good, but for 60$ this is not the quality of product I paid for, so I returned it and will be looking for another loafer to buy. Disappointed. Not really interested to try get it replaced and try this shoe again right now, this turned me off. And again, in my opinion, this is not a good enough quality shoe to buy for 60$ new, even without the defect. It should be 30$ ... show more
