I, a full grown adult, got this for myself and I don't regret it at all. Charged up the speaker and mics for an hour, and then set up was super easy (in my case, connecting bluetooth). All components charge via USB-C, cables included (short cables, mind you), but no charger block. The speaker quality is actually quite decent - I ran through a range of pop songs without any noticeable static or distortion or watered down bass. The built-in voice for startup and such is pretty garbled for some reason, but all the music plays just fine. Max volume on the speaker is good, fills the room, but probably not loud enough to be sole DJ at a party. There's also independent controls for volume on each mic vs the speaker. I did notice that the product specifications list 6 voice changers, whereas the instruction booklet that came with mine only lists 4 (they're fine, two squeaky high pitches, two low). Also, the mics are super sensitive (picking up all the breathing, etc). It's pretty much unnoticeable when singing along to songs, but if you're just using the mic without music then it's obvious. I tried a little experimenting with cloth covers to "catch" some of that background noise, and that seemed to work a bit (I'm sure there's technical names for these things, I'm not a sound tech). Should also note, the speaker makes little sounds when the controls are used (voice changer on, volume up/down, etc), which are useful, but kind of intrude on the song just long enough to be annoying. So, figure out the settings and stick with them. Anyway, the whole set is super small and portable, I wouldn't hesitate to throw this unit in the luggage for a day trip.

My daughter has been playing with this little machine since she got it. She really loves to sing, so I knew she would enjoy this. The battery life is great, she has played with it for hours and I haven't had to charge it again just yet. It can connect to your phone via bluetooth so you are able to play music and sing along to it. The microphones have different settings that change your voice including a high pitched voice, a low pitched voice, and echo. I'm still getting the hang of all the features, but my daughter loves it! The volume can also go up pretty loud for its size.

This is a fun small karaoke machine with two microphones. This has a forward facing speaker and everything charges using usb-c. The good, this was easy to pair and the microphones were the best we tested. They have independent volume (changes the volume of the voice in the speaker, not the music) and synchs well even with voice changing. It also isn’t out of tune when shifted. The volume was loud, even with no music so it works well as a mini announcement speaker (say for a kids party or something small) the voice changer was hilarious. We laughed so hard with the “change to high” we couldn’t breath. Think chipmunks on helium high. This is a great modest priced small karaoke machine with two excellent microphones however the audio instruction stink. I don’t think that will deter any kids from playing. The lights mode can be changed with a button push and made it extra fun. The bad, it is almost impossible to understand the “voice” from the system when it changes sound or modes. We figured it out by process of elimination but the English was garbled and hard to understand.

I ordered this on a whim for our kids and they absolutely loved it! They've been using it to sing along to bluey and TMNT and all their favorite shows and theme songs, and - even though it can be annoying and loud sometimes - they absolutely love it which makes me very happy. I haven't any issues with bluetooth connection or battery life, it pretty much has been functioning exactly as we hoped it would! I give this a 10/10, definitely recommend!

An instant hit with my 4 1/2 year old and 1 1/2 year old! The sound is a bit fuzzy, and the initial voice difficult to understand (that states that Bluetooth is connected) but the range is great, and my kids enjoy playing with it. It also works great simply as a Bluetooth speaker for playing music. Great fun!

The kids had a great time with it. They each grabbed a mic and as soon as I turned it on and starting some music, they pretended to know the words and sang to their heart were content. The mics work solidly, and have the added bonus of allowing voice changes, which they constantly changed and laughed at themselves when they heard the different ones. The speaker was a little smaller than I expected, but it does the job and gives the kids something to occupy their time (and I had fun singing with them as well).

This is a cute little bluetooth speaker/karaoke set. It works the way you would expect it to. It's easy to set up and fun for the kids to use. It came with two microphones, which is why I chose it over other, similar products. My only beef is that it is truly tiny. I mean, even allowing for the fact that it's meant for children, it is much smaller than I expected, especially given the way it looks in the pictures. If that's not a problem for you, then this could be the one for you!
