Adjustable ties in the back helped with making sure the top stayed up all night! Personally used some liquid clothing tape/boob tape to put the girls up and was fine! Super cute and gives illusion of super small waist. Took one star off because of poor craftsmanship. The ruching on the boob part of the top I received is crooked but thankfully the back is adjustable so I just pull the strings a little bit until it looks acceptable. I'm 5ft 120lbs 32B and bought size small. I'll just keep wearing this top until the straps pop off like other reviews said lol
