This is the perfect personal bag for my upcoming trip to Asia! Since I’m flying with Singapore Airlines, I needed something compact that could still hold all my in-flight essentials and fit under the seat. It easily fits everything I bring on the plane—my AirSlyng, headphones, phones, battery pack, cosmetics, snacks, and even a water bottle. I actually ordered three other mini backpacks to compare (including a Kipling), but this one stood out immediately. It’s noticeably lighter and the material feels incredibly soft—almost buttery. After trying them all, I returned the other three and kept this one. The quality really feels superior, and for me it was absolutely worth it. I purchased the blue, featherweight. I'm a big fan of the lightweight puffer style of various brands not just VB, because it feels so soft and comfy to carry. This 100% feels soft and light: a pleasure to carry. I love the small banbury size too. I have another one in the premium cotton, and they're both perfect. The pockets are also perfect for organization. The bag has more structure than I was expecting, which is a nice surprise. I have a potty-trained toddler and this bag is so easy to use as both my purse and their snacks/toys/wipes bag! I wouldn't change anything! ... show more

So happy I got this bag! Perfect for my everyday bag. The color is so bright and fun. Love the design inside and fits all that I need for quick trips. I can put my dogs stuff in it, my wallet lotion etc. with more than enough room. (I also have the Vera mini backpack which was too small for me sadly and have the bigger Vera backpack size for travel that I love!) ... show more

I really like this backpack. It is sturdy and holds a decent amount. There is a min organization section in the front to hold pens, keys, etc. there is an additional pocket in the back. I can fit about what I would put into a large tote bag into this thing with no issues despite the size. It wipes clean from any usual scuffs from normal carry. Straps are adjustable to make it easy to wear as a traditional backpack. The only thing I dislike is the pattern on the inside. It's just not my taste. ... show more

SO happy with this backpack! Used it for a Europe trip and it fit my travel pillow, water bottle, kindle, portable charger, and other odds and ends. I don’t normally like Vera Bradley but this pattern was so cute I couldn’t resist. The material feels very durable and the zippers are strong. I packed this thing to the brim and it didn’t wear at all. My only real complaint is that the straps aren’t super comfortable, so if you put a lot of heavy items it will hurt your shoulders after a while. Also the side pockets are too small for any water bottle so they’re kinda pointless. But overall it’s worth it and I will use it again for future trips! ... show more

I love my new little backpack. It is the perfect size to replace my purse on weekends when I want to stay active and carry all my stuff; sunglasses, readers, wallet, keys, phone, and more. It is water resistant. I have not tested that part yet though.

I love the bag, however, there’s a big glitch with the Withered Rose color. It shows in the photo in listing as pink, on the top of page description Withered Rose is listed, and on my invoice Withered Rose is listed. BUT, when you scroll over the link color on the listing it says “slate gray”. And that is what arrived in the mail. I returned one, and wrote this info in my return asking for the actual Withered Rose color, but received another gray bag. I really want the pink one 😂.
